Położenie hotelu wyjątkowe,pokój fajny,jedzenie bardzo smaczne. Podejście personelu bardzo dobre mimo że nie znałam języka węgierskiego(słaby angielski). Wejścia na baseny oraz śniadania i obiadokolacje w cenie co jest dużym udogodnieniem. Jedyny minus to poduszki które powinny być już wymienione. Byłam w tym hotelu już czwarty raz więc ogólnie jestem zadowolona i wrócę tam jeszcze.🙃 Daje 9,5 punktów, 0.5 punktu odebrane za poduszki jak pisałam wyżej.

Kellemetlen volt, nem tudtam jól pihenni és a fizetés sem volt rendben Utoljára jártam itt

A klímát nem lehetett megfelelően állítani, A szoba kényelmetlenül volt elhelyezve Az ablakon nincs szúnyogháló így nem lehetett szellőztetni sem. Az elszámolásnál oda kell figyelni mert furán számolnak

O locație perfectă pt un weekend.

Raportul calitate preț la mâncare este unul corect. Servirea ireproșabilă, cu personal atent, bineintentionat, mâncarea gustoasă cu produse bune, recepția de nota 10. Parcare și wi fi, bilete aquapark incluse în prețul cazării. Vara poți merge pe jos atat la Aquapark cât și la Zoo, fiind relativ aproape, dar iarna recomand deplasarea cu mașina.

Încălzirea în camere se face cu aparat de aer condiționat care face un zgomot ușor deranjant. Dar este ok, recomand locația.

Direct access to the Auqapark, great food and quiet but cool aircon

Convenient access to the Aquapark, right at the backyard of the hotel. Half-board option is a very value for money with good selection of delicious meals. We highly recommend Irisz for families with small children like us.

Clean room, air conditioning, quiet, friendly staff (they speak English or at least understand what you want 😁), very good and varied enough food for us and a 2.5-year-old child (we had half-board, but at check-in you can also choose full board by paying the difference) A plus was the fact that the entrance to the Aquapark is also included (although in the future it would be appreciated if they could offer access to the Aquapark on the day of check-out as well) We walked about 15 minutes to the Zoo. We felt very good, we will come back.

Located close to the lake, park, zoo, aquapark. Food was very tasty, we had half board. Serving was good, everybody was very nice. Checking in and out was easy and quick.

We had ants in our bathroom. My bad sheet had some spots on it (probably was clean just spots didn't go out after and with washing) One of the night lamps was broken.

It was acceptable

My purpose of travelling was for business so I guess the overprice is for spa and aquapark. The rooms are not like in the pictures. You will find broken lamps worn out carpets that you can see the pathern anymore. Personnel was kind trying to compensate for the lacks of the place.

Very clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff .The location is close to thermal bath and zoo. Delicious food served for breakfast and dinner. Good value for money. We are planning to book again in the future :).

The hotel is very close to swimming pools .Passes to aqua park are included in the lunch or dinner packages which is a great bonus . Hotel is clean and beds very comfy .

It would be great to have a restaurant menu in English .

Very nice, quiet, comfortable and clean location, close to Aquarius and to Zoo. In the room price was included entrance to Aquarius. Good restaurant. Very kind hotel personal.

The room was a little bit small, cramped for 2 adults with 2 kids.

Third visit within one month. Once again perfect from check-in to check-out. Friendly and professional English speaking staff at Reception and in the Restaurant. Clean, big room with a comfortable bed and a bathtub. Excellent breakfast, very good dinner (some days all you can eat, some days a la carte) Aquarius Aqua Park (5 minutes walk) Entrance Ticket included in the room price.

During the off-season unbeatable price/quality ratio for Hungary.

Second stay within one week. They took the critcism from my last review into consideration and this time everything was flawless. Clean, big, quiet room with a comfortable bed. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Despite the fact that I checked-in on the same weekday as last week, the dinner was different this time. Friendly, professional English speaking staff at the Reception as well as in the Restaurant. Aquarius-Spa included in the price of the room.

Without the stained/worn out carpet in the room the Hotel would feel like brand new.

Meticulously clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful, professional English speaking staff Excellent breakfast and dinner Free entry into the Spa, which is five minutes walking distance from the Hotel. Reasonable priced Mini-Bar

Carpet in the room should be replaced asap. Shower Gel/Shampoo bottle was more or less empty.
