The location is great and the rooms are nice and clean.
The staff are ok but would not go out of their way to make that effort to make it a pleasant stay.

No fridge in room

Location was great
Didn’t do anything special for my partners 30th as requested or even any acknowledgement on ch can in. Staff didn’t ask how our stay was. Says 24 hour room service but it was shut at 11:30pm on a Saturday. Given a disabled room.

Very comfortable room and great bathroom/shower. Super close to everything.

The hotel is clean and modern. Staff, especially the person on check in late afternoon Friday 9th was very polite, friendly and welcoming.

Room was warm and clean and the bed was extremely comfy. It was very quiet at night and the 'freshly baked' cookie was a nice touch on arrival.
Paid a premium for a balcony room only to discover that the door to the balcony had a lock on it which meant it could only be opened a few inches. This really should be mentioned in the room description
4.2
Clean fresh and location to centre
Some of the rooms are quite literally right next to the very busy train line and there it is very noisy
4.2
Good location and clean
For the money you pay should have control of heating in your room and not have to ask for it to be put on
4.2
Well designed, furnished and managed

The property was very clean and the amenities are great. Location is also great!
4.2
shower, bed
lack of hot choc in room and coffee bags. coffee not great at breakfast from the machine . like ground coffee in morning
4.2
Staff were ok.
Noise: if it’s raining during your stay take earplugs… the dripping off the building hits the outside cladding around your window, and is constant and load. Also next to the underground lines so… lots of noise!

Location was really good, easily accessible to the station!
Lamps very dusty, paid for a Superior Room but no coffee machine? General signs of wear and tear. If we wasn’t out till late and up to leave early we would’ve probably complained. For this reason I wouldn’t stay again!
4.2
Location good. Bed comfy. Staff tried hard.
Room tired. No water provided. Had to pay extra for breakfast when paying £355 for one nights stay! Dinner in restaurant average and very expensive given the quality. Shutters down in kitchen at 10pm with no warning or offer of desserts before closure. Staff training required. Coffee machine switched off at 10pm?

The Fitness Room, and the cleanliness
Absolutely Terrible Hotel, don't stay here! Where do I start. First of all, electricity was out in our room for 3 days, and whenever we call they rarely answer, I have to go down to the lobby so they can bring someone up who would temporarily fix the electricity and then it goes back out again. This kept going for 3 days. The Hotel won't do housekeeping unless you tell them in the lobby, and nobody told us that, when we were checking in, so the first 4 days (13 night stay) we didn't get housekeeping. And then even when I told them they ignored me and I went back to an unmade room until I called them and insisted it was made. Forget about sleeping in late at this hotel because they have terrible metal carts with steel wheels for housekeeping, that are awfully loud when pushed in the corridor just outside our door, that will definitely wake you up. The receptionist was so rude when my wife was asking her if her package was delivered, at first she ignored her and went back to the people checking in, then when my wife went to her the second time; she so was rude and telling her we didn't recieve anything even though my wife was trying to show her a proof of delivery(picture) that it was delivered. The paint in the room is chipping away, which gives you the feeling that the hotel is old and the room is not well serviced. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, the mattress is too bouncy, and the pillows are too soft they don't provide any support. All in all it was a terrible experience, I rarely leave any bad reviews on anything, I rarely leave a review of anything at all, but this was just too much considering I'm paying over 2200 pounds staying in Kingston which is not the most expensive places to stay. They also didn't add any Hilton honors points for my stay.

Very convenient for visiting friends. Car park opposite.
Bed very hard.

Was clean and comfortable
The bed was too low (right on the floor) although not uncomfortable but for some reason we were put in a disabled room with loads of equipment that was ugly and not in any way homely.
We probably had the worst view in the hotel and therefore felt totally squeezed in, The hotel did not appear to be that busy, yet I felt our room was not anywhere near the best.
4.2
Excellent staff, good location.
No real issues.

The staff - especially the Russian speaking (i hope im not mistaken) lady and the gentleman who was mostly there for night shifts.
Traveling with a baby is hard already but the staff tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The rooms were spacious compared to most hoteld in London. The breakfast was also nice.
Maybe the location (proximity to london central) but if you want to hang around only in the south west, then it’s good. It’s located around so many shops and restaurants
4.2
Love this location for a Kingston visit. If you are wanting a London hotel, know that it is a 40 minute train ride into the center of London.
All great! I would skip the breakfast and head to Pret.
4.2
friendly and great staff, extra touch of warm cookie is superb, accommodated all our requests..
no bottled water☺️

The reception and bar staff were very pleasant and friendly.
It wasn’t cleaned to a good standard. The needing was very old and mine had a hole in the duvet cover. All of the carpets and fabric upholstery in the hotel needed cleaning as it was dirty. There was no water provided in the rooms which is standard in most hotels. I had to ask for it because I am on medication and was handed a small plastic bottle of water. In the end I paid £8 for two bottles is still water for my guests. The check in time of 3pm is also quite late, especially if like myself I was attending an event that evening. On of the guests in my group was elderly and disabled and the check in was too late for her after a long drive. The bar area was not relaxing as there were several people on laptops and a two students occupying three tables while studying and talking on the phone. Breakfast was also disappointing. I had added breakfast to our reservations but it had been communicated to the morning staff and I was challenged by the breakfast staff in front of other guests. She went to the reception to check before I was allowed to have breakfast. I think this could have been handled differently. Breakfast was also not good. The fried eggs were not cooked and the toasters were very slow ,and took several minutes to toast. The selection was quite basic.

Location, train close as well as Kingston, and quick trip into central London, rooms nice size, and bfast great and practical, and take away coffee cups a winner, definitely worth revisit
Had to get to grips on been asked if I want my room serviced, and no water in room first day.
4.2
wonderful staff, nothing was too much trouble.
some tricks with the light switches we couldn’t work out!! LOL
4.2
location
no Porter, no breakfast for the rate you pay, no drinking water in the room
4.2
Staff was very courteous and accommodating, breakfast was ok
No porter service, no fridge in room, safe was not working, no toothbrush / toothpaste, no complimentary water bottles, soap in the bathroom was very “slimy” and wouldn’t wash off, design of carpets looked very tacky and the appearance of the room furniture was very ordinary. In the last one year, I stayed at the Double Tree Hilton in Dubai and Bangkok but this hotel does not measure up to the standards and comfort of the first two.
