It was an average stay. Not Happy

The staff and facilities was good.

The location is not that good. You have to always you a taxi to travel within the city. The bed in the hall was not at all comfortable. No signal of wifi was reaching to my appartment, so was just using my mobile internet all the time. Not value for money. I will not be choosing this option again in future.

exceeded our expectations - all that with an amazing staff and restaurant stauff

we loved: breakfast, the staff our family suite the view the pool great restaurant the location

very strong winds unfortunately a bit noisy from time to time but we loved everything else

You're in Columbia, do not expect too much.

Nothing about the breakfast, it was less than what I expected.

The kitchen staff does not speak English. The Steak was dry, hard to cut, like leather. The breakfast they serve has no meat. The clear plastic cup is so weak that it barely holds the juice. They do not give you the option to go to the 5th floor kitchen. Instead they bring the weak breakfast to your room and expect you to pay them a tip. Do not look for a full breakfast... no Sausage; ...no Pancakes; ...no Hot Grits; ....no Toast. No English speaking channels on TV. No HBO, No Cinemax, No Roku. Yes, they have CNN, but it is in Spanish. No Laundry service.

great spacious apartment with awesome views from 14th floor

room size, room views from 14th floor, air conditioning, kitchenette, shower, onsite included parking, breakfast is coffee, fruit jiuce, fruit, eggs, & toast, 10 min walk to small local beach, 24h reception

wifi, totally useless and the access point put in during our stay after i complained was no better. there is a 4G Cell phone tower 100m from the building so if you can live without WIFI is a great apartment

Very Comfortable

I like the apartment size. 2 bedroom made me feel like home, with the door bell ringer. The kitchen was nice, and the view was wonderful. The staff really try to make your stay enjoyable.

Sometimes the shower had no hot water. I was told not to go walking in the evening because it was not safe, the lobby front door stays locked. The breakfast had no meat. No small hand towel to wash face or bath. They only had the medium and big towels. The Pool sides is very slippery as you walk down the sides.

Amazing staff, building needs a refresh

the staff were really really lovely, very responsive and helpful - really supportive for non-Spanish speakers. The view from the room was incredible, and lots of space in the apartment. lots of basic facilities such as laundry, pool etc

definitely needed a deep clean.. lots of areas with leftover dirt from previous guests. the aircon is not too great, and I would have preferred more than a sheet for my duvet (although maybe that was them acknowledging that the aircon wasn’t so good!) and the lift was also very dodgy. location was quite far away from everything

The service is really excellent. Kitchen really well equipped.

The breakfast are not good at all. We thought the deal with the room was good but it is not. We think the price of the room should be 60$ US no more. Hot water was a problem many times, we had to call the room service, they were quick but it is a little bit annoying. Room are not very clean. It is a more far from Rodadero than what we expected.if you go, ask from the room on the side or front, too much wind at the back. restaurant is expensive for what it is.

THE flexible traveler’s place in Playa Salguero.

Staff is amazing - shout out to Jek for helping us during our stay! The apartments are comfortable and the view is great!

Lifts took a bit long to take but it’s definitely related to the number of people that we’re staying at the time.

The layout of the apartment was very comfy and the view it is great!!

Overall it is a great place to stay. Please review the Wi-Fi service, it is very poor. Keep and eye on one of the A/C split.

Wonderful weekend, wonderful place!

The apartment is very well located, exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to a beach but not crowded. Getting to Santa Marta o el Rodadero was really easy by taxi. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was really good. I will stay here again without a doubt. Highly recommended.

The lifts are small and take a little bit of a time.

Overall it was a great trip so there was a lot of the issues overlooked

The privacy and the view were absolutely perfect.

Not having hot water in the shower for 2 days wasn’t any good or the maintenance men replacing glass sides of the showers after we checked in wasn’t real professional either.
