Piękny widok na Perast

Największe plusy obiektu, to widok z tarasu oraz bardzo sympatyczny właściciel oraz jego rodzina. Kontakt poprzez whats up był bardzo dobry, a każda prośba była spełniona natychmiast. Kuchnia dosyć dobrze wyposażona. Dużym atutem jest klimatyzacja.

Niestety czystość mogłaby być na lepszym poziomie. Prysznic oraz zasłonka do prysznica były brudne. Przeszkadzał mi również zapach - nie wiem skąd on się wydobywał. Podwórko było bardzo zagracone. Dużym minusem był dla nas ciasny parking. Nasze duże auto utknęło tam na cały pobyt. Byliśmy zależni od komunikacji miejscowej która działa fatalnie, a przynajmniej w sezonie. Perast jest piękny, ale do plaży z łagodnym zejściem musieliśmy dojechać autobusem. Bardzo mało szafek na ubrania.

Absolutely fantastic value and perfect for a couple in the gorgeous village of Perast.

The property had the most amazing views over the water, great air conditioning and lovely verandah to enjoy the views from. The hosts were fabulous. We had to send a parcel to their address and they collected it for us, paid the customs fee on our behalf and were so helpful.

There are no negatives here but be aware that it is at the top of the hill in Perast. This means you have incredible views but also that when you are coming back from the village you have a steep stairway to climb. It’s not too difficult but if you have mobility issues you need to consider this.

Paradise! Wonderful place and hosts!

Wonderful apartment with a breathtaking view! The owner was always extremely friendly and helpful, he even woke up on purpose at 6 a.m. on the day my friend left and waited with her for her bus to make sure she was OK! The kitchen was very well equipped, the place was super clean, comfortable and quiet...oh, and did I mention the view? Thank you for your warm welcome, we will highly recommend your place to anyone who plans to visit Perast!

Super friendly staff and an amazing view from the window. Very central to everything (just need to walk a few stairs)

There is no AC, so when it's a hotter period, then be ready for it.

Prijatni domacini, parking, apartman je prostran i odlicno opremljen. Terasa ima predivan pogled na zaliv i hlad od vinove loze. Potrebno je stepenicama svega 2-3 minuta do setalista i restorana. Posebno zelim da istaknem da su nas sacekali sa ohladjenim pivom i sokom u frizideru koje su nam ostavili da se osvezimo, nismo imali takvo iskustvo do sad i bili smo veoma prijatno iznenadjeni. Mislimo da je ovo sjajan izbor za vas pogotovo ukoliko dolazite sopstvenim prevozom u romanticni Perast. Obavezno posetite i ostrvo u blizini!

Internet. Za poruke/drustvene mreze ce biti sasvim dovoljan. Medjutim nama je bio zaista potreban dobar internet na 2-3 sata, domacin nam je rekao da je problem do operatera i da traje neko vreme. Zaista verujem da nije mogao tu mnogo da ucini u tom trenutku. Ako postoji mogucnost, svakako im savetujem da promene operatera

The spacious terrace and view are amazing and it's a real plus to have a car parking space in Perast.

Be aware there are 188 steps down to the waterfront but this is what makes the position so amazing and did I mention those views!! So this isn't really a negative!

Spacious, Clean Rooms with all Self Catering Facilities...Superior Terrace Views overlooking the Bay...Family Midnight Dinner Atmosphere on the Terrace...Mr Miljan Jovanovic and His Family are wonderful and very welcoming people...

I did not like that we could not have stayed longer...

Comfortable room, stunning location.

Room is spacious and bed comfortable. The views are stunning. Free parking beside the property. Easy access (steps) to the waterfront. Host lives next door.

Comment - a series of steps to acess to the waterfront. Vehicles are not permitted into the village. Parking at the entrance (not sure free or paid)

picture postcard view. 5 minute walk to the centre ( steep downhill) very helpful host and excellent value for money

property could do with some updating, but that is reflected in the price, so it does offer extremely good value for money

very good location the view from the terrace is amazing. Nice apartment with very friendly and helpful owner. The location is good and there is own parking place. You can reach the water if you walk down a few steps.

The kitchen tools would be necessary to upgrade a little bit but that is all.

Stunning scenery.

Big room, comfortable bed and couch, nice kitchen with refrigerator, laundry machine, balcony, good WiFi... In short, everything is so perfect. To reach the beach, you should go up and down many stairs. But that means you'll have a really stunning scenery from the room and it's very quiet at night.

There's free parking. I was very satisfied with it. But if you drive a big one like F-segment, it would be little tiny. And it would be really great if there's a sign for the apartment. When I visited there, I just passed on the first pass.

A good find

The location is great and the views are amazing. We only stayed one night but the hosts were very kind and welcoming. It's not a luxurious place, but you have everything you need for a decent stay. The internet connection was very weak if you intent to work from there - thought it's worth mentioning but it wasn't a problem for us. You have some stairs from the property that go straight to the waterside. You have free parking included as mentioned in the description.

We enjoyed staying in this cute apartment Miljan was a very welcoming host who even provided juice and wine for his guests. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need including a washing mashine. From the nice terrace you have a stunning view over Kotor Bay..The village Perast lies to your feet and is easily accessible by stairs (yes, many steps to take, but not a problem) or via the road. Perast is such a gem, no cars, no big hotels, lots of old buildings, calm und peaceful. A real contrast to busy and crowded Kotor. We really recommend this apartment.

Perast sea holiday

The view from the apartment is magnificent, you can see the whole Kotor bay. There is a stairway down to sea level so you can access beaches and restaurants easily. Private parking is provided so you don’t have to park your car in the public parking. The hosts gave us some welcome drinks, was very kind of them.

Great view and great host.

Miljan is a great host, he waited till we arrived (far later than anticipated), he provided free parking onsite, answered all our questions and gave us local tips and was flexible with the check out time. The room has a great view from the window as well as from the terrace.

While the rooms are very quiet and you do not hear the neighbours, you could bump into them at the entry of the room or in the terrace (even though there are separators in between) so it is not absolutely private outside (normal, like a hotel). The town of Perast is gorgeous but seems a bit expensive (most of the restaurants on the shore seemed rather luxurious and pricey) so keep that in mind when visiting. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
