Good located and flexible

Location was really good and all the communication and everything was really good, the apartement was dusty, but it didn't affect all the positive about the place, so I would rather reccommend to everyone this apartement, since this is in a really good location (in old town) and the receiving and leaving was flexible and really comfort!

I wouldn't say that the place would fit all the described maximum persons, since there was 10 of us (6 grownups and 4 kids) and we had a little challenge to fit us perfectly to sleep. There was an extra bed, but this was not in the best shape, but we managed to sleep in it after all. But we managed to resolve the sleeping and this is rather just an opinion, not as complaining. PS: in the summer period the apartement gets very hot since there is no ventilation, but I guess this is because of the old town location? But again, we were still happy, since the good location covered the minuses.

Clean, cosy and affordable flat to rent for a group of friends/couples.

The location is nice - in the middle of the Old town. It is loud outside on weekend nights but only when the windows are open. The rooms are clean and cosy, there is a nice living room for a group to spend time together.

There is only one bath. The flat is on 4th floor with no elevator, so for some people it might be not suitable.

We had a faboulous time in a beatiful location

Great location with plenty of space

The central location means you are surrounded by very noisy bars and restaurants, so unless you stay out until 4am it’s a must to bring ear buds or noice cancelling head phones

It was dirty and unpleasant.

The location was great.

Floors and all surfaces were dirty. Sofa was completely destroyed so it couldn't be used. The property is super run-down.

Decent price-quality ratio.

-The apartment was in a good location and the beds were also decent to sleep. -The host was nice and friendly.

-The sounds of the opposite night club could be heard very well in the apartment. I would not recommend the apartment for families with children or sensitive sleepers. -The apartment was not very clean and there were personal stuff from the previous guests. -The stairwell smelled really bad.

Location was perfect and easy check-in. The appartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Comfortable stay in perfect location near of everything

The location is excellent, the airport bus 22 stops right next to the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable

Apartment is on third floor and no elevator, but this was not a problem for us as we didn't have any strollers for the kids

OK, but not perfect

the location, the communication of the owner

it could have been cleaner, especially the stairs, what is more, there was a thick layer of dust at some surfaces; the apartment really needs a bit of renovation; besides, there is a pub downstairs, so the music was heard almost all night, that wasn’t pleasant at all

Lovely flat for small groups in Riga old town

The location close to the old town sites was great. It was very cold in Riga when we visited but the property was kept warm and cosy.

The noise from the clubs and bars below the property went until 2-4am in the morning. Haven't seen this mentioned much in previous reviews but if this might bother your sleep then I'd consider another location.

Excellent apartment

The prize was exceptional. It's in the centre of the Old Town and there are very good restaurants near the apartment. Apart from this, the owner was so nice with us.

In the attic of Riga

Great location on the edge of the city center. Many restaurants out nearby, and a great selection. Parking is possible, the large parking lot is in front of the house. However, try to get there early enough - the car could not be parked at night. The apartment is spacious enough, two toilets make life comfortable for a larger group.

The apartment was not very clean. The apartment was worn and not renovated. The extras were not updated as well - for example, the choice of dishes was small and partially broken, the living room sofa did not invite to sit etc.

the apartment was spacious and very well presented and all the comforts for a good stay, plenty of cutlery, the host was excellent always answered questions and was very helpful

The apartment was located above night clubs, very noisy till 5AM in the morning with people talking very loudly and thumping music. cars reving there motors loudly.

Apartment itself and location are great. During weekdays absolutely convenient for a group of friends without need to use public transportation during your stay.

Due to the proximity of the nigh clubs was almost impossible to sleep on Friday and Saturday night. Clubs are open until 6 AM and are full until that. Noise is caused mainly due to the (mostly young) people having their drinks and cigarettes outside the club, but music is loud as well.

Good, central location. Spacious apartment, has all you could need.

As it is next door to a few bars, it gets quite loud in the evenings.

Exceptional

The location is great and the appartment is super cozy! It´s just 8 min walk from the bus station. The flat is very spacious, bright, nicely decorated and the owner was helpful and responded very quickly.
