Posizione top e bella vista dalla stanza. Ottimo soggiorno.

Frigo in stanza non funzionante. Il Check out alle 10:00 è esageratamente presto e mi sono sentito quasi in difetto nel chiedere una ora in più per uscire alle 11:00. M Tasse di soggiorno da pagare in loco non specificate in fase di prenotazione

Basic mais agréable

Hotel Airbnb très simple mais assez confortable. En revanche très bien situé, sur une grande place avec animations, restaurants et endroit très animé. On a adoré l'ambiance et le couchée de soleil en bas de la rue avec vue mer.

Salle de bain : Pas de patères murales pour mettre les serviettes et les faire sécher Pas de meubles ou autres pour poser sa trousse de toilette Pas de petit rebord pour poser gel douche ou savon dans la douche A proximité d'une boite de nuit je pense donc nuisance toute la nuit entre musique très forte, personnes qui sortent et parlent forts dehors, à 5h du matin des personnes jetés toutes les bouteilles en verre donc nuit assez agitée de notre côté. Mais vu l'emplacement en plein centre ville, c'est non critiquable

Una piacevole esperienza

La posizione in cui si trova la struttura per noi è stata perfetta, siamo riusciti a girare la zona del palermitano senza problemi. La struttura si trova sulla piazza centrale di Terrasini, non abbiamo avuto nessun problema per il parcheggio ed avevamo tutto a portata di mano avendo due bambini piccoli. Il gestore è stato molto gentile ci siamo trovati a nostro agio. Le stanze pulite ed accoglienti. Contiamo di ritornarci.

In piena movida nottura se piace OK altrimenti è caos :-)

La posizione sicuramente ottimale per chi vuole essere al centro della movida notturna e per dire centro intendo "esattamente al centro" ovvero in piazza con affaccio tramite il balcone su di essa.

L'infernale caos sino alle 3:20 del mattino per essere precisi avendo il volo alle 06:00 .... potete immaginare. So benissimo che questo non dipende assolutamente dalla proprietà ma a mio giudizio va specificato che sono alle 03:30 del mattino assolutamente NON SI DORME poi ognuno può giudicare o meno se questa è la struttura che è più confacente alle proprie esigenze

Good for a brief getaway

The accommodation is right in the middle of the main square (it's a small town) and the board walk along the beach is not far on foot either. The room itself was spacious, clean and perfect for a family of 4 (there were 2 bunk beds). The bed was comfortable and there was air conditioning, which is necessary as it can get quite hot and humid. The host was accommodating. There are many bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

It was a long, narrow climb to the top floor where our room was located. It was a family room so may not be great for a family with small children. Otherwise no other complaints.

I really liked it and it was a great price for the accommodations.

Great location and clean simple rooms. The AC worked well. Included a parking pass for street parking.

The noise from the plaza can get loud in rooms facing street.

Not good value for money.

We liked the short distance to the beach, however the beach itself (La Praiola) was not great. There were also many restaurants nearby. We also managed to check in earlier than it stated. The bedding was also clean and basic soap and shower gels were provided.

Although it was close to the airport, the 10 minute taxi drive was an absolute rip off. The church bells were ringing all day and night every 15 minutes. Although it was described as a b&b, no breakfast or even vouchers were included or offered. It was a box room with a small window near the ceiling that we couldn't reach, wifi barely worked, air conditioner worked on and off and shower was heavily leaking. There was no place to dry clothes or towels despite being in a beach area. Absolutely none. The host didnt understand much English and was hardly available. Not good value for money for what we paid (58 euros a night), and very disappointed.

Good location (on the main square) Cleaning service every day

The host didn't speak English at all. The fridge in the room was not cold enough, therefore our food got spoiled. Even after talking to the hosts, they didn't fix it or change it. The Wi-Fi was not working in the room at all, only in the common room (which was upstairs). There were ants in our bathroom. As opposed to the listed facilities on Booking, there was no shampoo, conditioner, shower cap provided.

Best stop of our trip

We're on a roadtrip around the whole island, and Villa Cetta is the best place we stayed in Sicily so far. Marco is such an amazing host, not only friendly and helpful but also caring and attentive. He has a paradisiac place and he welcomed us with open arms. When we went to the beach, which is literally across the street, he let us borrow deck chairs and a parasol. He gave us recommendations for Valle dei Tempi (gate V was such a good tip!), for the museum and for restaurants in the area, even making the reservation himself for us. The breakfast was out of this world, with fresh bread and croissants, jams, juices, all kinds of fresh fruit, sicilian cheese, coffees, and everything in between. The room is very spacious, fresh, super clean and with ensuite bathroom, with open doors to the terrace. We had an amazing time and we'll certainly come back. Thank you so much Marco and Irene you made our trip better with this stop! 100% we recommend it to anyone visiting Sicily Martina and Matt

The town exceeded our expectations but the B and B was very disappointing

The location was great. It is an attractive place.

The room was dark and had not been done up for some years. Bed too small and pillowcases dirty. Bathroom antiquated. Constant noise outside continuing until past 3 am. Breakfast was a voucher for coffee and croissant from a local cafe.
