كانت سيئة ولن اعيدها مرة اخرى مع نفس الفندق

لم يعجبني اي شي للاسف خمس نجوم لكن بالحقيقة كثير عليه نجمتين تصور لفت لايوجد به وهو خمس نجوم واضعو حقيبة لي

الذي ذكرته سابقا تصور وصلنا 11 صباحا ولم يدخلوننا للغرف إلا الساعه الثانية وضعونا باللوبي ومعي عائلة والموظفين غير مهذبين

Very good hotel, very good value for money. Good location away from the party life but easily accessible by taxi or the free bus through the hotel. Highly recommended. The food in the restaurant was good quality.

I liked how nice the staff were.

The cleanliness, the main part of the hotel is beautiful but the rooms need a bit of maintenance. Our bathroom had so much mould they needed to arrange another room for us whilst that one was being deep cleaned. The lack of maintenance makes me feel like it’s not a five star hotel.

Reasonable price and location shame about bed bugs.

Hotel was situated on a busy road not too far from the beaches but the road had no walking path so only way to travel was by shuttle bus or taxi. Hotel had frequent shuttle buses which was easy to use. Rooms were good size and reasonably priced.

Only thing is we booked two rooms and both rooms had bed bugs. Hotel was accommodating and switched room for us.

I stayed in the pool access suite and my stay was exceptional. The room was big and had private pool access, buffet style breakfast, quiet location (still close to many things in Phuket) , many pools in the resort, rooftop bar/restaurant.

The rooms are very new and modern, the spa Bath in the room is lovely. Tye Design of the hotel is beautiful

Construction work by the pool was very disappointing

The atmosphere is lovely. It’s a very modern luxury property with very modern rooms. Everything is very new which I liked a lot. The view from the balcony is nice as you can see the ocean. The food was good

They really should be fair and clear in their offer and mention when there is construction work. There was literally an entire pool that couldn’t be used and there was noise throughout the day, so sitting by the pool was hard if you’re noise sensitive like me. The place feels a little bit cramped bc the pool is facing other peoples windows and the curtains are not protecting you from seeing their business. that’s why I kept my room dark most of the time. The shuttle bus is awful as it’s very old and open/windy. you need to hold your hat or belongings so they won’t fly away. I mean, I liked a lot about it, but was extremely annoyed to have booked a hotel where they have construction work going on as I try to avoid that at all cost.

Absolutely fantastic staff, who were prepared to help and provide support in all ways to make your life as easy as possible. Also it’s the little details that make the difference, like sometimes you don’t want to have think of things but here everything was thought of! Great attentive team, fantastic accommodation and tranquil area, close enough to the hussle and bussle with a free shuttle service daily which was great…but also enough for it to be a peaceful and relaxing time! Thank you for everything and for being the first hotel i have ever stayed in to think of the little details that add up to make your life that much easier / better holiday and less stressful!

The only thing I would say is the menu selection and prices were slightly overpriced however this is most likely all hotels ever so not individual to this hotel to be fair!

Beatiful hotel, in a good location but quite far from centre so shuttle times should be more convenient

The room was beautiful, and the amenities were all really nice and very clean

1. sometimes we had a drainage smell in our room (especially when AC was off) 2. shuttle times are not convenient and atop very early 3. one of the staff was not friendly at reception- made us wait almost an hour even when we had booked the shuttle
