Great property for family or friends! Fantastic pool and great location!

The property has a great location to explore the island and it's very conveniente from the airport (around 15 min by car). The pool is amazing and it the star of the house. The view is beautiful and no neighbours, very calm! The beds are confortable and the furniture in the exterior area are really nice. The host was also very helpful and responsive to our messages :)

The bedrooms on the -1 floor didn't make blackout. The host tried to arrange a solution but it wasn't effective. Also it has a strong smell to humidity.

throughly enjoyed our stay. weather perfect. beaches are amazing. people are friendly.Nicolette was fabulous on arrival.

the pool . no neighbours. the view. the bbq. would recommend

beds very hard. the kitchen needed a clean. however this didn’t detract from the overall experience . Corfu is a lovely island

Overpriced, remote and very disappointing.

good sized pool but only 4 sun beds. insufficient shade as only 2 x very tiny beach umbrellas. The Villa cannot in anyway be described as a luxury Villa

The Villa is in need of renovation. The kitchen has a cupboard door hanging off. There are insufficient utensils, pans, plates etc. Both bathrooms are very tired and in need of renovation. wasps and hornets are a nightmare. Our 7 year old was stung 4 times in 2 days. There is a wasp nest in the wall by the pool which meant we couldn’t use the barbecue or eat outside. We had 12 hornets one evening in the lounge. A car is an absolute must as it is 1km up a very tiny steep unkept road from the main road. Decent supermarkets are miles away in Corfu Town.

Villa Perla

Great pool. Great location only 15mins drive from nearest beaches and central so makes it easy to see the island. Nice veranda and views including a frequently circling eagle! Comfortable. Big sofa bed Down stairs as well as bedrooms so didn’t have to mess about with sofas in living room in order to create sleeping space for 10 people.

Normally we have washing machine/dishwasher with similar properties/price. Downstairs bedrooms need curtains or shutters. Drains in downstairs toilet/shower smell bad.

Everything was perfect!

It was my pleasure to stay in this villa. Everything was perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing. The location of the house is ideal if you want to have peace of mind and explore the whole island by car. It was exactly what we needed .Thank you very much for everything.

NIce and peaceful, but not equipped with the essential needs!

The villa is at a very discreet location ( a car is essential ). I enjoyed the morning where you wake up to a beautiful mountain view and we also enjoyed the evening sitting outside having a drink with a nice breeze. The pool is at a reasonable size and during the evening we used the BBQ facility, which was very nice as supermarkets provides fresh meat and seafood.

They do not provide the necessary facilities, such as no dish washer, washing machine, clothes airer etc........ The kitchen only have limited supplies with very old glasses, plates of different kinds, different sizes and not enough to accommodate 8 guest. One big pan, a very small sauce pan and a frying pan was the only kitchen cooking tools they have!!! These need to be followed up, as you will expect guest to cook during their stay. We looked through the whole villa and there was no mop or brush, which was needed when you have kids running around. Everything was very old, even th coach on the patio was all torn and ripped. On the day of arrival, it was 36 degree, the aircon on two of the bedrooms were not working properly and we could't sleep for the first two nights as it was too hot, it took them on the third day, before an engineer came to fix it! The host it-self was prompt on the meeting for arrival, but there after if contacted, no instant reply or no reply at all!!!!! I have left a message 4 hrs before check out, as we need to know where to leave the villa keys or if someone was to come and collect, but I have no reply from the host at all, so I left it outside under the door carpet.
