El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para una excelente estadía. Es amplio, cómodo, luminoso. Tiene un jardín hermoso para disfrutar. Laura es una hostess muy amable que nos resolvió e informó lo que necesitábamos.

Clean apartment. Good positioning, in 5 min walking there is city center, a shop is nearby also. Private parking. Welcoming owner, showed the apartment and explained everything really nicely! I recommend this apartment to everyone.

Our host, Laura, was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was extremely comfortable, in a quiet location. It is located in a modern part of the city, near cafes, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a pizza parlour, a park, etc. We were able to walk to the historic center in about 15 minutes. We loved our stay at this apartment and are looking forward to staying here again when we return to Arezzo.
Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay here.

The location, the apartment and the beautiful host 😊

Laura is a sweet and gracious host. The four of us arrived late on a Sunday after traveling from the West coast of the U.S. Laura came and picked us up herself making two trips with her personal car. The apartment and location were perfect with local wine, cheese, and meat shops on the same street. The apartment was spotless, well stocked, with a beautiful backyard as a bonus.
Nothing.

Laura our host was so helpful. After spending a few weeks in hotel rooms it was lovely to have a spacious but cosy apartment. The accommodation was pristine and it was only a short walk to the centre of town. I would highly recommend Il Piccolo and it is really great value for money.

Spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, absolutely luxurious to us. All the facilities are really modern and in perfect condition. For our lunch we sat outside in the little garden. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again next time. We spent only 2 nights for visiting Arezzo, which was a little bit two short as there is quite a lot to see and do. We liked the relaxed city which is not full of tourists like many other tuscan cities. From the apartment to the old city center it is a short walk of around 10 minutes.

The property was spacious and very clean and our host was very friendly and helpful in showing us around the apartment and also where to find the local supermarket, old city centre etc. It was very nice to have secure private parking adjacent to the property.
It would have been helpful to have a microwave oven available but otherwise the apartment was well appointed.
6.0 / 10.0
The host left a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, although we are all non drinkers it was a nice gester. The apartment was spacious except for the second bathroom. It was very clean and neat.
There was no shower in the main bathroom, only a bath, with no shower screen. The second bathroom was very small and had a tiny fold away shower screen, which made it awkward to go to the toilet as the shower was in the middle of the room in between the basin and the toilet, and the floor would be covered in water, after a shower. The iron provided was a tiny travel iron., which made it difficult to iron heavy clothing. The WiFi was not consistent, went out for hours at a time. Could hear noise from the upstairs apartment.
It was too far from the train station to walk with luggage.

The property is jist a short walk from the historic town centre with its magnificent churches, cafes and restaurans, and shopping.
Needs a bit more attention to details - soapnin both bathrooms and a few more pots, pans and utensils in the kitchen
