Déplacement dans Hôtel à Sliven … catastrophique 👹
5.0
This is one of the best accommodations for wine lovers (and not only) who want to visit and taste some very good Bulgarian wines and also have an elegant and cosy place where to stay overnight at the winery. Also this is a good place to rest for a couple of days having all the facilities that you want: nice rooms with spectacular view over the vineyard, nice infinity pool, sauna and a very good restaurant for dinner and generous breakfast. Edoardo Miroglio wines are also a very good reason to visit the place, my favourites: Pinot Noir Reserva and Cabernet Franc (don't forget to taste also native bulgarian grape varieties: Mavrud and the traditional method sparkling wines).

I always enjoy coming here. Quiet and ralaxed atmosphere, great wines, nice pool and always making new friends out of my stay here. I really enjoyed the wine tour and the summer storm that hit us this day made our stay even more romantic and memorable.
Food needs improvements. Apart from the pasta, everything else I have tried was not tasty. The personnel is great, but definitely needs to be more relaxed and smilng! :)

We did not have breakfast at the hotel, because we had to leave early. The hotel staff was very kind to prepare and package breakfast for us. Location is great if you are looking for a quiet and very relaxing place. We loved the view and peace and serenity.

Wonderful view, nice property

Lovely place for wine-culture experience. Fantastic value for money. The staff was amazing - both service- and wine- knowledgewise. Exceptional!

The view and the apartment were great. This is a very stylish and romantic hotel. Excellent wine tour and tasting, highly recommended. Edoardo Miroglio's wines are top quality! The wine tour guide was very polite and talkative.
Some things in the bathroom needed small repairs. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. There was no phone in the room and the staff wasn't aware of this and didn't believe even when told.

It was far from the main roads, very secluded, romantic and refreshing. The staff was really nice and good mannered. Hats off to the chef - everything me and my SO tried there was exceptional. Every room is unique and the furniture is old Italian style, but very well made. The wine tour was amazing and we also enjoyed a nice walk around the vineyard.

Hotel Soli Invicto holds the spirit of Italy, a gem nestled amidst vineyards and the endless horizon. We have visited it three times, and this place has never ceased to provide excellent service and a fantastic experience. One has to experience it for oneself.
Many thanks to everyone there, the hosts and the people we met along the way.
We'll be back.

I liked that they are very welcoming to dogs. It was clean and comfy.
Food was very good, but not a lot of options.

the place is really interesting, the building is spiral shape. the stuff is friendly and doing his best to serve you well. the restaurant is just perfect, the menu is one page including everything, but all salads, main dishes etc. are delicious. the wine list is quite long, but you can ask the stuff for some recomendations.
can't say anything

We liked the view and the wine
We went to the hotel with high expectations as the ratings we saw were very good. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The hotel was practically empty - first night it was only us and another couple. Nevertheless the staff managed to mix up our rooms and we needed to switch. As it came to be this was not the only change of room needed. In the part of the hotel where were our rooms the heating was not working. As it was December the room was terribly cold. After numerous complaints from our side dismissed by the staff with - "it will become warmer" we were allowed to move to a room with heating where it was marginally warmer and using all the blankets we were able to survive the night. Next morning the manager promised - today the hotel will be full and the heating will be fixed. Imagine our surprise when we realized in the evening that we are the only guests and the temperature in the room has not improved.
Overall the staff did make us feel unwanted - like we were an inconvenience.

This was our third time we visit the Hotel and we were not surprised how good we spent our stay. We tried different kinds of wine that were amazing. The food we ordered was also best in class. The first evening the Cook personally asked us what we want to eat and he prepared it especially for us.
It will be good to be able to maintain the room temperature independently but this is a minor.

nice and clean. The pool is nice
overrated and incredibly expensive for what they offer

The amazing exterior and interior of the hotel. Beautiful view of the area from the infinity pool. Calm and beautiful place. Rooms and corridors were decorated in a very professional way, old and authentic furniture.
The rank of the hotel does not match the behavior, experience and professionalism of the staff. They are very nice people but the lack of professional education and actual experience in tourism industry ruins the interaction with the guests.
There were some serious issues with the breakfast preparation as well.

swimming pool
fab dinner prepared by professional Italian cook
No services at restaurant or around hotel - you have to literally search for a waiter for a dinner and for a breakfast - terrible service and attitude towards their duty . We were waiting for a very long time to get some kind of breakfast a( after " official " opening time. and even asked on our " free" included breakfast to pay for our second cup of coffee 4 leva each= 8 leva ( although fist cup was a size of expresso )

We had the place to ourselves! It had gorgeous views and nice amenities.
No one spoke English (which is okay!) but we weren’t able to organize a wine tour sadly because we were the only ones there it was hard to communicate.

Amazing view, great swimming pool, nice interior, clean rooms. Good wine quality, we recommend also the walnut liquer. The place is worth visiting again when they fix the staff shortages.
Unfortunately, at the moment there is not enough staff, it was difficult to find somebody to ask even for simple things like where things are located. In the restaurant there was no menu, we were given some handwritten menu of the food and the prices in the restaurant were a bit high.

The place is wonderful, cozy, with amazing panoramic view. The building itself is unique with attention to each small detail. Staff is very professional and friendly. Thank you Natalia and Sergio for your hard work and hospitality!

Visited for a second time. Still amazing place, great wines, breathtaking view around, perfect food (Argentinian chef - 👌👌👌), and a nice winery tour, as well as perfect/WARMEST atmosphere of the wines' degustation process organized by hotel manager Natalia!
Nothing!.

There are definitely some good wines and the woman running the place and doing basically everything is very kind and attentive.
The place is a bit run down and you can clearly feel they are missing personal and they have never renovated it. There is one woman ( Natalia) doing everything - receptionists, wine degustation, waitress, manager and her partner is the chef. As good as they can be, they cannot simply run the place alone … The shower in my room wasn’t working properly at all. Food is nothing special but considering there is one guy in the kitchen , he is doing great, definitely overpriced though. The swimming pool was open but nothing was prepared for us to sit around it … I had to ask them to bring some chairs.
