Towel situation needed to be reviewed. Would have liked to have our towels available without having to search for them (and.not have previous towels drying on the balcony). The stairwell needs some attention.

It was amazing stay there! View is awesome!

The apartment is huge and comfortable. It was good to have 3 bathrooms as we were 4 girls. Also, the view from the balcony and living room was magnificent! We even saw a sunrise there. The location is excellent, 10 minutes to Lidl, 10 minutes to the closest beach, and 15 minutes to the ferry.

The only thing I didn't like - was the small room with 2 single beds which was always dark at any time of the day. But you can not live there if you fit in the other 2 rooms.

the location was great, clean and smelling really good. Towels and sheets available, dishes and a fully equipped kitchen.

Airco-unit in the living room was not very performant. But didn't bother to ask about it so the owner can't be blamed, might have been us not setting it right. If you read this, perhaps a quick check-up?

Beblow Flats May 22

Loved the position, very handy for the buses including a direct bus to and from the airport (X2) which stops outside. Best to get a Tallinga card from the airport (€21) and that gives you unlimited travel on the buses in Malta & Gozo for 1 week 😊. Lots of local facilities and restaurants with Sliema being a very short walk away. Great view from the balcony but it is north- easterly so you only get the sun early morning. It was a great base but I wouldn't want to spend lots of time in the apartment.

Although the apartment was very spacious, 3 beds and 3 bathrooms which suited us well, most of the furnishings were looking a little tired and needed updating I found the general cleanliness was okay but some areas needed more attention. ( kitchen& bathrooms). We couldn't find live programmes on the t.v. which was a shame but we were happy watching Netflix, Amazon Prime & YouTube.

Great Apartment, Good Location, But...

Large apartment with very nice scenery. All rooms were quite big, with the exception of the 3rd bedroom which we did not use. We especially liked to lounge area in the living room overlooking the sea. The owner was very fast to help solve a small electrical problem.

It's a pity that this great apartment is let down by the most basic of things - cleanliness. At first, it all seems fine but it is not. We found all the classic problems - hair in the bathroom sink and bathtub, the inside of the kitchen drawers had stains, the space under the coffee table was not cleaned for a long time (when you have curious kids, this matters). Also, some of the kitchen utensils had seen better days and some were not properly washed.

Fantastic 60th birthday break with family

Fantastic position at the quieter smarter St Julian's side of Sliema with amazing view! Three big bedrooms and shower rooms (one bath) Great kitchen with everything you would need Able to buy what you need close by Relatively easy free parking on streets nearby - although at height of season probably impossible!

Strange open ensuite in main bedroom - no privacy Poor water pressure for 2 of the 3 showers Late night noise from air-conditioning unit??? disturbing, in one bedroom for a poor sleeper for the 3 weekend nights only Broken dishwasher Ambiguity on what rubbish needs to be put out - bag colour!

The property is in amazing location with lovely views. Flat was very nice and clean with lots of space and with 3 bathrooms. I was really surprised how well equipped was the kitchen area. We had a self check in and the owner was very available and easy to reach out to. It was a good value for money as well, compared to other apartments in the area. Recommended 100%

This apartment and it’s location was amazing. We didn’t want to leave. The apartment was actually better then the photos and we will definitely be back !!! We have already recommended it to our family to book when they go. You won’t be disappointed if you book this.

Fantastic location in spacious apartment

Fantastic sea front location within walking distance of Sliema ferry to Valletta, bus stop nearby, local supermarket, several cafes and restaurants. Spacious and well equipped apartment.

Limited supply of dry towels as they had been washed from previous guest and were drying on balcony when we arrived (were ready to use following morning, so no big problem)
