The kitchen boasts beach vibes with cool teal tile, stainless steel appliances, island seating, and a chic kitchen table set for six. The living space has an excellent, large sectional couch, a flat-screen TV, and a door that leads to the downstairs pool area.

Rest and rejuvenate in the primary bedroom, where you'll find vibrant coastal décor, a vanity, seating, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double vanity. The second and third bedrooms have nautical themes with King beds; one room has an ensuite bathroom with an updated walk-in shower and double vanity. The fourth bedroom is a kid's paradise with two bunk beds, a TV, and hallway access to the third bathroom with two vanities and a shower and tub combination.

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay- 6 adults and 1 toddler. Location of house, layout, shaded patio, and secluded pool were absolutely amazing! The house was near everything we needed and have the bay and ocean on both sides was spectacular! The only downsides were the coffee maker was dated and the beds were squeaky. It would have been helpful to have had a folding crib or pack n play as well but overall the house was everything we needed! For sure would recommend to anyone looking to stay on the island!

Bimini Breeze was spacious and clean! 7 ladies weekend and we had plenty of room to spread out. Location is great and the pool and hottub were terrific. Even though you are close to everything the place was very quiet and peaceful . The only negative was no room for our trash outside can full. Maybe add a 2nd one? We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! Our first time on AMI and it was within walking distance to the beach or bay! Tons of things to do, trolley stop down the street, quiet street. I would and hope to stay here again!

We had the best time staying at Bimini Breeze! The location was fantastic. Everything was within walking distance. We rented a golf cart but would’ve been fine without it. The pool and hot tub were great too. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful w large rooms and all accommodations. Our family of 8 had the best vacation. Loved that there was a mini fridge and bathroom on the lower level. No need to go up into the house when using the pool. There’s even an outdoor shower. We rented a vehicle & only used it once. EVERYTHING is within walking distance..including the beach. If you don’t feel like walking, there’s golf cart Ubers everywhere. First night we arrived a driver gave us his card n anytime we texted him he’d pick us up. They don’t have fees but depend on tips. Highly recommend they’re very convenient. It’s definitely a quiet laid back town not a party place. Loved that there wasn’t ever lines or crowds to shop or eat. If you’re considering this rental, I promise you won’t be disappointed. It truly was absolute perfection 💕

Fantastic location, walking distance to the beach restaurants and shops. Great supply of beach chairs, towels and a beach wagon. We enjoyed the pool, which was warmed in December. The house had 3 comfortable king size beds and a bunk room, all perfect for our family. The paper products were sparse, I wish we had known as we are locals and just could have brought supplies (bring your own paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper). One trash bag for a 3 night stay is impossible. The kitchen was also pretty sparse and we found no storage containers after finishing cooking meals. Bring your own! These are things many other properties we have stayed at have had. The floors were unfortunately very dirty. 1 hour into our stay my feet were black, you could feel the grime as you walked around. Everything else was very clean. We want to disconnect during vacay but I did have some work to do and warn future guests that the wifi was very challenging. Slow/non-existent when connecting via any computer. The management company had several miscommunications with us and were unresponsive to questions during our stay. Nothing major and we made it work fortunately, but this was concerning if something more major was needed. Overall, we would love to come back, this time a little more prepared for some of the hiccups.

Had a great stay at the house. Would recommend it for families it was great. The only thing I wish that there had been more ammenities in terms of shampoo, conditioner, salt, pepper, dishsoap pods, laundry pods. Usually when we rent a VRBO there is something to get you started. They did give 3 pods to wash clothes & 3 pods to do the dishwasher. But when you rent for over a week you need more than that. Usually you have shampoo, conditioner we had to go out and purchase all of the above.

We really enjoyed the location and the proximity to the beach and the pier and all the shops, bars and restaurants at our fingertips!! We had a minor plumbing issue that was resolved really quickly by Gabby who sent Paul and the problem was fixed in no time. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and we were grateful for that during our two week stay. Thanks !

We really enjoyed our stay at BB. We had 5 children under 6 with us and it was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the pier with a great pool to wind down the day. Only issue was that being in such a great location caused additional traffic congestion and noise as deliveries to the local businesses caused traffic up and down the street.

At first , from the outside it seems like nothing ordinary. Everything changes when inside, house feels warm and welcome. Good space, nice pool area with spa and jut 1.5 block from the beach. Everyone in my family of 10 had a great time and really enjoyed the island, the house and the surroundings.

4 Adults, 4 children stayed in this amazing location. Beautiful home. Beautiful views. Great pool/spa! Two blocks to dining, shopping, beach! AMI staff was so helpful! The home was perfect, clean, all the items we needed to be comfortable. All the beach toys was a great bonus! The kitchen was so perfect to make meals for 8! We loved our stay!

We had a great time on are vacation, the house was a bit small but it worked and was nice. The location was great, office responded right away on everything we've asked them for. The only problem we came a cross was the refrigerator would not get cold enough . And that was reported!

Location, Location. Location!

Location, Location. Location!

Multi-generational family of 9 had a great stay for a week. Super close to restaurants, marina, beach, and shopping. Very clean and well stocked residence. Living area was a bit tight but bedrooms were well sized. Management team responded to a few requests very quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone.
