About this house rental

Free Wi-Fi provided. In the main living area Netflix is available via an Apple TV which also streams free to air TV and YouTube.

The property is located in a quiet street opposite a children's playground and is only a short walk to Cape Woolamai shops and the beach. This is a fantastic family friendly holiday home that is suitable for 3-4 families or small groups. With easy open plan living, the main living area is lovely and sunny and has polished timber floor boards, a split system for heating and cooling, a HUGE modular lounge, a BIG 60" flat screen TV and a BluRay player.

There is a central dining table with seating for 8 plus an extendable table with additional chairs and five bar stools at the kitchen bench, so there will be seating ample dining seating for everyone. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with ample crockery and cutlery for up to 16 guests. There is an electric oven and hot plates, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. Everything has been considered. There is a huge double door fridge/freezer and a separate fridge and plenty of platters and salad bowls for alfresco dining on the deck.

The deck is accessed by sliding doors off the lounge. The backyard is fully fenced and private. There is an outdoor setting and two gas BBQs that are perfect for Summer BBQs. There is also a small grassy area for the kids to play and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand after the beach.

There are 4 Queen bedrooms all with ceiling fans and 2 bedrooms that each have a tri bunk (double and single) and a separate single bed . Both bunk rooms have a wall mounted flat screen TV for the kids.

There are 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath and a shower. The laundry is well equipped with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. This house has everything you will need for a family summer holiday, weekend away or track events.

There is ample off street parking and plenty of room for a boat.

The garage has been converted into a games room with a wood heater, sofas, a TV and a pool table that doubles as a table tennis/air hockey table.

The house is directly opposite a park that has a fully enclosed children's playground and a large open playing area with a basketball ring.

This really is a fantastic affordable family getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was lots of space to spread out and relax with a spacious lounge area, the covered patio and the games room. The rooms were a good size and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. The location close to the shops was really handy - near a cafe for morning coffee, the local pub and a local convenience store. It was a bit further to walk to the beach, but still an easy walk. And the other beaches are a short drive away. Thanks to the hosts for being so easy to deal with and making our stay so great!

We visited in the middle of winter but still enjoyed walking to the beach just up the road and the playground directly opposite the property. Thankfully the house was nice and warm when we arrived and stayed a great temperature the whole weekend. We had young children with us as well as adults and found it the perfect combination of rooms and living areas for our family. The outside area and shed with games were great for entertaining ourselves. A lovely big house in a great location close to the beach.

Could not be more impressed with this property. Loved the house. As soon as you walked through the door it had such a fresh crisp clean feel to it. It catered to all ages with the games garage handy for our younger teens and also Spotify and Netflix on offer in the lounge. Our 4 year old also enjoyed the park directly across the road and the beach only a few minutes away. Loved it highly recommend for families looking for plenty of room inside and out also

This beautiful home was all we expected from the photos and more. So much room, modern and tasteful interior decorating, everything you need for that special weekend, close to a lovely little supermarket and our granddaughter loved the park across the road. Excellent property

The photos didn't do the place justice, the house was tastefully furnished with no expense spared. Plenty of space for our group of 3 families, with comfortable beds and great living/dining/outdoor areas. Our only negative is that the Cape Woolamai beach (which is walking distance) wasn't the best beach with heaps of seaweed, but the Cowes beach is great and only a 15 min drive. The local shops and playground were so close and handy. Overall a great holiday home.

This holiday house on Phillip Island has everything you need! Great location, very clean spacious home, beautiful furniture, well equipped kitchen, ample car park on the property, entertaining games room & a park across the street. The owners have really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable & they were a pleasure to deal with, 12 of us stayed & we all loved it, I highly recommend you book this house if staying on Phillip Island - 5/5

We were 5 families/ 16 people and stayed there for 3 nights and will definitely go back next time. Perfectly clean, great location, children's playground in front of the house, nearby restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Thanks for a fantastic weekend! The place was lovely and clean and really did have the room and all the kit we needed for our large group of families. The kids loved the games room... the grown ups loved the games room :) and we all enjoyed the walks and being in such a beautiful part of the world. You were wonderfully helpful hosts - we knew everything we needed to and it was nice to know you were only a phone call away if we ran into any dramas. We didn't and we'd happily recommend your lovely house to anyone wanting a get away with a large group. Many thanks!

Fantastic Property

What a great place to go with friends; there were 4 families and everyone, including the children, were fully catered for! We arrived to a spotless house - we couldn't have been happier. The children were heard to say " let's come back and buy it so we can stay for eternity". We were all sad to leave and hope to return again in the near future. Special thanks to Donna for sourcing a cot for the baby as well!
