Nel cuore di Sarajevo

Piccolo hotel ma molto curato nell'arredamento e nei dettagli . Le camere sono molto carine, curate e pulitissime. Colazione abbondante, salata e dolce. Posizione ottima proprio nel centro storico con la possibilità di visitare a piedi tutti i luoghi più significativi della città. Personale cordiale e attento. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di avere il transfer da e per l'aeroporto che nel nostro caso, essendo arrivati di notte a causa di un ritardo del volo, si è dimostrato veramente utile!

È stato tutto perfetto. Niente da segnalare

-Lokacija -Dorucak je bio u redu,ponuda nije svaki dan raznolika,ali s obzirom na velicinu hotela nemamo neke zamjerke

-Soba je poprilicna mala za dvije osobe sa dva kofera jako malo mjesta za zaobici se -Tus slab pritisak vode

Great hotel

Nice rooms, clean and the staff is very nice. Also perfect location, right in the historic centre.

The breakfast was included in price, then I do expect it caters to everyone. However, it was just endless piles of meat, egg and cheese. Not everyone wants diabetes for breakfast, hopefully in the future the hotel will expand their vegan offer and be more sustainable.

The location is excellent. The rooms are quite small but well equipped. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect

Fantastic location less than a minute walk from the centre of Old Town… yet quiet rooms. Very clean modern spacious stylish. Nice bar/breakfast area. Breakfast is varied and good value, and decent quality. staff very friendly and very very helpful and attentive. Room service daily and excellent.

This is our favorite hotel in Sarajevo and it is mainly because of an awesome staff and amazing service! thank you

the only minor complaint, and which is why we gave 9/10 for comfort is the mattresses. They are a bit too hard for our liking.

B est choice for tourism in Sarajevo

Everything is fine at Sana Hotel. Excellent position so close by main area, old quarter, full of shops, bar and restaurant. Breakfast was very good with cold and hot morning dishes. Staff friendly and room a little bit tiny but clean with all amenities. In Sarajevo with no doubt the best choice for everyone wants discover and enjoy the city.

Everything was GREAT!

First of all, the location of the hotel is incredibly beautiful. I went everywhere just by walking. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to get help from the friendly staff at the reception. The rooms are wonderfully designed. It is a hotel with spacious rooms that meet the standards. As a hotelier, I loved it. Cleaning was great. I strongly recommend the breakfast, it has fresh and hot products. It would not be wrong to say that it is the best hotel in Sarajeva. I recommend to all friends.

Frankly, I'm also curious about the dinner service of such a hotel. but I think it's not because of demand.

Great place to stay

Location is great, easy to find and everything is walkable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and also comfortable. No issues at all!

Location was perfect, everything was really close. People was so nice and helpful about everything. They suggessted all the good things to do and eat around.

Breakfast was not good for a 4 star hotel. It really should be way more good for that price.

Not recommending visiting this hotel by car.

Breakfast was delicious, bedroom was clean.

Parking unavailable; hotel staff was disturbing us every few hours to move car from the original parking place- we went to Sarajevo for vacation! The staff was unkind. At the end we needed to pay 20€ for “our parking place”.

Very pleasant stay in the heart of the old town

For a hotel of this standard, I'd expect a complimentary bottle of water and other amenities to prepare coffee/tea in the room.

Great location, breakfast & staff but rather small room & bathroom

The location is just 1 minute walk to the streets of the oldtown sarajevo, however its on a super busy street and a bit difficult & very small for can/van to park infront. The bed is very comfortable but the room & bathroom are rather small. The breakfast had very good selections like any great 4 star hotels in Balkans. The staff are very efficient and friendly.

We stayed there on 8 November and its was very cold outside but inside the room is very warm, we had to open the window a bit at night. There were no kettle to make coffee/tea in my room like all the 4 star hotels we stayed at. Rather small room & bathroom.
