Great location, great host, all round great apartment

Very nice and clean apartment. Host was helpful and friendly. Good car parking spot. There is a balcony but it's enclosed. Apartment is as described.

The only thing that I would like to have seen is wifi in the apartment. An unenclosed balcony would have been better it is pictured, so not sure if it's been changed since.

Met my expectations and requirements for an urgent family visit in Joondalup.

Central to Joondalup, Joondalup Hospital, shopping, university etc.. Walking distance to many services and facilities. Accommodation was very comfortable and well set up. Can't suggest anything that could be improved.

Located in a back street, only view was of the hospital service area and the Covid Clinic. Street/ parking area used by hospital staff and patients as smoking area, footpath and car pick up point. Hospital's large external lights on all night. As an elderly sole traveller I felt a little insecure. Expected view on to Grand Boulevard given the address of the property. These issues can't be changed by property owners and they have done everything they can to minimise impacts of location.

Very good

I liked the location, and that most of the things we needed were already provided but Lakeside Joondalup shops were very closeby. Host was easy to contact too

Only thing that was missing was some tea towels :)

Clean, had everything you would expect from an apartment and the location was fantastic

If I had to pick something, the tv could be bigger, it’s more of a computer monitor

The location was perfect, it was quiet and very relaxing.

Either additional household items like rubbish bags towels etc or state in the booking to bring certain items.

Quiet and relaxing

The apartment was in a great location. Cafes, restsurants, fast food outlets and the shopping centre were all within walking distance. It was a generally comfortable place to stay. It was also in a quiet location. Everything I needed was there. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower. Having a washing machine and dryer was a bonus. I enjoyed my stay.

The bed was very hard. There was no clothes airer to hang wet washing.

Location is great, quite and relaxing

Pillows are very hard, would have been nice to have a snub lock or similar for the door for night times

Very good

The location was ideal for the kids and I to grab some take out and out appointments. Comfortable and cosy for us, clear directions for accessing the property and the washing machine/dryer were very handy for the kids and I.

Little bit of a funky smell, nothing a deodoriser didn’t fix once I bought one.
