A relaxing alternative to staying in the centre of Barcelona.

Great space and facilities. Great location (close to the beach and train station).

No access to the roof terrace during our stay, due to a broken lock (no refund offered and the late arrival fee was still charged). Even though we visited in mid-June, many of the restaurants on the marina were closed at night, although enough were open.

Exceptional

kerstin made our trip wonderful. she was very responsive and helpful. she helped us figure out how to get our family from the airport to the apartment in the easiest/most cost efficient way. she was also quick to answer our questions once we started our stay. overall, I was very pleased with the facilities and support.

Excellent value & service, gorgeous location & lovely apartment.

I loved the location, the cleanliness of the apartment and the excellent service received by the owner. It was perfect for our group of 4, with the beach right across the road and the train stop a 3 minute walk away to get a train directly into the centre of Barcelona (only 15 mins and frequent all day & evening). This gave us the best of both worlds - a beach holiday and a city break! Also, the rooftop terrace gives you instant access to a 360’ view of El Masnou and a lovely view the into the city. I really recommend staying here, I know I will be again!

Other reviewers complained a little about the noise, but it’s only traffic and the trains, which quietens down for bedtime anyway. We didn’t find it an issue. Otherwise, zero complaints.

Great place for a beach holiday and an easy reach for Barcelona

The flat has 3 bedrooms: one principal bedroom doesn't have windows, 2 smaller rooms with amazing views to the back of the house, a living room with a sea and port view. The flat was quite comfortable and had everything that one might need. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The location (3 minutes to the beach, right in front of the train station) is great!

As all the previous reviews pointed out, the flat is noisy (there is a road in front of the house). I didn't pay much attention to this fact when booking, but it was noisy indeed. It was impossible to sleep with open windows. Closing windows didn't help much, to be honest. Also, the kitchen gets really warm if one uses the air conditioner in the living room, that was not a big deal for us, but we had to put everything into the fridge: fruits, vegetables, chocolate etc.

Fabulous

Near the train station and one section of beach. Equipped with everything you need, including for a day at the beach. With the air conditioning unit and a fan, we didn’t overheat. 10er train ticket for zone 1&2 cost us 20€ and lasted all week. One small shop nearby and plenty of restaurants at the marine. Owners were lovely too and met us on arrival, even though it was after 10pm👍☀️

Quite far from the centre of el Masnou by foot...but perfect for splitting your time between beach and beautiful Barcelona by train.

Landlord very helpfull. Location good with good public transport connection. Property was very well equipped with all basic needs.

It was exceptionally hot in Barcelona and air conditioning unit was just not good enough. Parking was not available but off site.
