The hotel was great. I was staying there to be near my family, not for business so the position was not so ideal for me, but, the hotel was a pleasure to stay in with an excellent room, bathroom and breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful specially Deena who was appointed as my contact, I did not use most of the facilities but from what I saw they looked adequate. As there is no other hotel in Ra'anana I would gladly stay there again if I wished to be near my family. A very positive experience. Lovely view of Ra'anana especially at night. Netflix was not available to people who are not subscribers to Netflix privately,
No Netflix unless a subscriber personally.
Traffic a little noisy but to be expected in a busy area and from the 10th floor definitely manageable.
I just felt for me personally the mattress was a little hard but just a small preference, the bed is in fact very comfy.

Thank you for the room upgrade you gave us. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. It's a 25-minute drive to the beach
The bar is closed on weekends, and it's a shame because it offers a stunning view of the city and the sea. The rooms are not soundproof as indicated in your profile

Friendly staff, well designed and spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Plenty of public parking spots near the hotel
Pillows were uncomfortable.

A fantastic hotel! During my trip I stayed in 7 hotels over 14 days and this was the best of all of them. The room was just great, nice and big, great bed, good coffee making facilities, fast wifi and an amazing breakfast in the morning. I'll definitely be staying here again!
The car parking was a little challenging. This was due to the car park being shared with what I believe was a car dealership. I imagine arriving in peak season during the day it might a problem getting a car park spot.

Breakfast was really excellent and the staff were very helpful especially Deena,, who took the trouble to compile for me a list of restaurants that would be open on Shabbat
All pretty good actually!

We are coming twice a year for years now, and in the last few times we were here, the service and quality were trending down. This time we were pleasently surprised to see it was improved again to the levels we were always happy to come back to.
We had a big room, on a high floor with great view. The double glazing did a good jon in isolation the noise from the outside and the treats (snacks, chocolate and free drinks at the rooftop bar) were a lovely addition.
Cleaning is much better but can still improve. We had to clean the kettel myself from Calc and there were a few corners with dust. These were really minor issues though.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, very nice rooftop with coffee and cookies, excellent breakfast- consider the "Kosher" limitations, they alllow us to stay until 16:00
The carpet in the room was disgusting, The carpets in the corridor were with very ugly stains. The guy at the reception during Saturday didn't know how to lend the bicycles that are offered for free.

Everything was good - the room was a good size and well equipped - with coffee machine and good selection of coffee and tea and very generous gifts.
Staff very receptive to some suggestions about making our stay even more comfortable
All was fine - the hotel served our needs fine

the rooms were safe, clean and well set up for a family. the breakfast bar was great for all.
the hotel is advertised as family friendly with a pool, but the kids cannot enter the pool at all, which should be made very clear and actually changed so families can use the facilities during certain hours at minimum. Also the rooftop bar restaurant does not allow children, so I am not sure why the hotel is listed as kid friendly to begin with.

everything except the wait to enter our room
see above. we had to wait 2 hours to get into our room.

Great experience. Staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Upgraded us to executive room. Breakfast was amazing. Top value for money. Would stay again without hesitation.
