buen lugar para descansar, estuvimos de paso pero será considerado como una alternativa prioritaria

buen tamaño de habitacion, decoración y equipamiento excelente, buen lugar para descansar y desconectar. puntualidad en desayuno, temperatura de habitiacion agradable.

Excelente

Casona habilitada para recibir turistas. Habitaciones amplias muy comodas, con decoracion que mezcla bien los rustico con lo moderno. Muy silencioso. A pesar de que estaba lleno, nunca vimos a nadie mas a parte de los afintriones. El jardin es muy hermoso, con vegetación y espacios para descansar. Los anfitriones son gente muy agradable.

El lugar es precioso y la atención de Sandra muy cercana y amable, nos llevó el desayuno a la habitación y se notaba mucho cariño en ello. Los jardines son bellos y la habitación con una decoración muy de estilo colonial auténtico. Si buscas desconectarte relativamente cerca de Santiago, este es el lugar.

Si bien el pueblo de Olivar (lo más cercano) está a 10 minutos en auto y puedes comprar ahí o que necesites, el hotel debería contar con algunos insumos mínimos para ofrecer a los huéspedes: bebidas, agua, sándwich, etc.

Un lugar muy bello y tranquilo, acogedor y muy pulcro, superó ampliamente nuestras espectativas.

Un poco más de privacidad a la hora del desayuno. Faltó el secador de pelo. Un mini bar se agradecería.

The garden Area was nice. Breakfast was ok

Shower is very cold, even after mentioning this. No solution was offered. Under the bed was not cleaned.

BEST HOTEL IN THE AREA

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in the city of Rancagua, Machali and surrounded areas, and Hotel Cruz de Triana was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The house is gorgeous with a fantastic old time charm and beautiful green areas. High quality rooms, very clean, with excellent beds and confort pillows. Staff was pleasant and Sandra (the owner) was over and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable. She is really the kindest lady I have met in a long time. She brought my breakfast every morning to my room, and even took me to Downtown to help me with some purchases. You would really be treated like a family member, and although the hotel has not a restaurant, you count with an accessible kitchen to cook yourself, or order food to the many restaurants in the area. Highly recommended for any travel purpose. Loved the hotel and I can't wait to come back!

Beautiful place to stay

Fantastic service from the owners of the place. A marvelous boutique hotel. The garden is stunning. Breakfast was excellent. Our kids felt wellcome all the time.

A sweet memory

We arrived on Easter day, all the restaurants around were closed but the owners of the house invited us to their table, they served us a delightful home made easter menu as well as a glass of champagne. We enjoyed a nice conversation with other host in the property. That day will for sure stay as a very special memory for our first weekend getaway in Chile.

I love the place, i'll try to visit again.

The house and the gardens are amazing. Cruz de Triana is where you want to rest and enjoy an old colonial house.

The Internet is enough to have just audio meetings, and there is one place in the house where it's possible to get wifi. Cellphones can't connect to the 4G line.

Big property and clean room

Payment only cash or bank transfer (without headsup notice), house is in a gated community which makes it tricky to enter/leave without key, use of kitchen supposedly not permited because of the pandemic (also without headsup notice, however we gladly could use it)
