Быть добрее к людям, организовать багажную комнату, разобрать второй этаж.

На втором этаже свалка мебели и панелей очень портят ощущения приличного отеля

Слишком строгий персонал. Предупреждают о штрафах в случае если белье или полотенца будут испачканы.

Small room

It's near the mall and very convenient.. there's hot water in the room.. staff let me store the luggage at the hotel..they provide towels, bathrobe, hair dryer..

The room is very small.. won't be able to fit 2 big size people.. price is expensive for a small room.. the bed was like super single size..just a bit bigger.. we almost fell on the floor lol.. There are too many rules to follow :( Breakfast is very simple. No buffet but they serve u eggs, bread, sausages and coffee..the coffee is nice though. when checking in the staff hesitated to help with the luggage.. if u bring a lot of luggage, this is not the place u wanna stay.. nobody is going to help u with the luggage.. Staff also don't speak much English so I have to use google translate.. and also they don't know any information about the tourist places we plan to go.. :(

Perfect for a short stay

Perhaps the smallest room I ever had in a hotel. But still cozy and there was everything I needed except for a bottle of water. There are some good restaurants nearby, one even next door. Also there's a shopping mall on the opposite side of the road.

Disappointing stay, Not recommended.

The room was spacious (Double room).

- The staff was extremely rude with negative body language, pretending to be least bothered about your concerns and comfort. They would roll eyes and shrug shoulders even if you highlight basics like no water in room, no wifi, electricity failure or room cleaning. - There was no water in bathroom (both wash basin & shower area) on day 2. We had to waste until 1pm to take shower before we could go out. And no electricity for 30 minutes. There is no power back up. - The breakfast is terrible. Its not a breakfast, its an insult to the guest. The breakfast is served in a plastic tray which needs to be picked by yourself from a counter. Breakfast includes 2-3 pieces of tiny bread & butter, 3 thin cucumber slices, 3 thin cucumber slices and butter. Cappuchino or latte is not included, you need to pay extra. - There is NO daily housekeeping. Room cleaning is done once after 3 days. So be prepared to use the same bath towels and bed linens for 3 days. (In booking.com website, it states that daily cleaning is available). - Wi-Fi connectivity is poor and gets disconnected often. It is NOT suitable to work from home. ITS A HOSTEL, DISGUISED AS A HOTEL.

Very clean and handy for city attractions but ask for a room without a glass front door.

Good wi-fi, good breakfast available in the adjoining small cafe (with friendly staff), bed very comfortable. Shared bathroom spotless and curtain screening around shower areas which essentially make it private for changing etc. Lashing of hot water. Towels, dressing gowns and slippers provided as standard. Can not fault the hotel's cleanliness. Hotel is also handy for town centre and also near bus stops for public bus (#92) to airport (better than expensive taxis) and long-distance bus station.

Disconcerting to have glass-panelled door into the room, would have preferred solid door as other guests can tell of one's presence in the room and it allows too much light into the room during the night. I had to use towels etc to block out some of the light.

It was nice. Good location.

Super closed to Park Astana and other attraction. Near to Supermarket as well. Room was perfect for us. It was cleaned.

We're a bit disappointed with the shower. It was hard to control the hot and cold of the shower and there were times that the hot water goes empty.

The hotel is well located.

The woman in the reception when we arrived was not nice. We understand that is not nice to wake up at 3 am (time we arrived) but the hotel has 24 hours front-desk and we asked in advance if there was no problem to arrive at that time. We asked about breakfast time and she said at 9. We showed a shield in russian over the desk that we thought it could be the breakfast time and she repeated very angry it is at 9. That was not true and we got it later, enough late to realise we could have it at 10 when we woke up. They were practically following us for the payment the first day, they went till our room to charge us, even though we said we wanted to exchange money and we had a second night with them. Overall, very bad customer relation.

The staff was friendly, the hotel is located in the Soviet part of the city with beautiful boulevards, lots of restaurants and cafes. The rooms were clean and breakfast was tasty (but it'll be small for some people).

The hotel has only two major drawbacks. It's located in the noisy street and soundproofing isn't sufficient. There was also an issue with heating system in one room: the heating pipe was clinking so loudly that it was hard to sleep (another room was ok).

Helpful and friendly staff (people at the reception). I asked for the luggage to be kept in the hotel storage for several days that I was not staying in the hotel, and this unusual requet was satisfied. On my return, the rooms were booked, but the staff did their best to find a place for me to stay. Nice experience.

Nothing special, you get what you pay for (the value for money is good), but what you get is very very decent, and people are really helpful.

Our room was not ready in check in time(2:00),they have only one person for cleaning 12 rooms!

Great location in the center of the city. There is a bus stop close and a supermarket in front of it. The breakfast was simple, but enough. The people were polite and helpful.

Cheap but still not worth the money.

Location is decent.

lots of parts of the room are broken. Door handles, shower doors, shower has boiling and freezing but not middle. Bed is squashed between walls on both sides, not like advertised on the site. Staff unfriendly. Breakfast is very discount. Basically, this place gets its cheap price by chopping down on the quality. Not enjoyable to stay in.

Its fine.. we enjoyed even its a short stay..

Breakfast is not enough.. just 2 small bread, sausage and coffee.. location is fine. Opposite supermarket and restaurant on the side..though staff cant speak english, we communicate through google translate. Helping us in booking transpo.

Dont like breakfast. Not enough. No eggs.difficult to communicate in english.we stayed 4 nights.they dont collect garbage in the room.
