Very good trip here

Boos is very friendly and kind,and he help me a lot at how to have a good time in town ,we cooking together,that pretty good trip because I choose this hotel!I will recommend my friend this place

Great stay. Loved using the pool and kitchen. Far from the centre but that is what we wanted. Would definitely stay agai

Spacious room. Very clean, including the shared kitchen. It was really great having our own shelf in the fridge. The pool!! The female staff were great. Free shuttle to the dive centre in Semporna. Nice hot shower.

The out of hours male staff were less helpful and spent a lot of time on their phones.

helpful staff, clean and comfortable

transport was easy to book through the staff, pool was clean and inviting, rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, can make your own breakfast in the morning and store your own food and drink in their kitchen facilities (which were also very good). staff were extremely helpful and offered to move rooms as there was a celebration on at the time so they wanted us to have limited noise.

on a main road but you don’t notice this too much, so maybe not ideal for small children

Semporna's gem stay

To be honest, I did not fall in love with the room at first sight, however, after spending a day in the area I appreciated this hotel so much! Mostly because it is like an oasis in otherwise very busy and not always lovely Semporna. It has spacious outdoor area where it is lovely to hang out and even a pool! It was the perfect place to wind down after days of water activities. The staff was extremely nice too, allowed us to use the washing machine, store our food, etc. The breakfast was also truly amazing. All in all - I think it is a gem in Semporna.

Perfect family holiday.

Extremely friendly owner & staff. Went out of their way to make our trip really memoriable. Even booked us on excellent quality trips to various islands.

About 4.5kms from town , which is a bit of a problem.

The best place to stay in Semporna town

Amazing staff, we felt like being at home or part of the family. The room was very comfortable, good wifi and we loved the green area and the swimming pool. Our room was really spacious too. There are a few shops around with some cafes. We enjoyed being away from Semporna town as it was a lot more quiet. We definitely want to come back.

Uncle Chan and Fion is so friendly and helpful. they even helped us to book for island trip with a price which is so much cheaper than the one we searched on website. the room is so big and comfortable. no longer staying at the rooms that couldn’t even open up our luggage. can’t skip the part where the water pressure is good ! the pool is fantastic

An oasis of serenity.

An oasis of serenity. The arrangement of the landscape encircling the pool gives of a zen feeling. Upon check-in, the kids can't wait to jump into the pool. The staff and owner were very friendly. All the facilities are well maintained. Near, but not close, to the Semporna town, it's a great place to stay if you have transportation.

Everything is good...very good..we really enjoy stay at this place. They give a perfect service to us. Nothing to complaint.. Garden views, have a swimming pool. good breakfast..Will repeat again if we go to Semporna.. Uncle Chan so nice to us. Dont think twice, just go and stay there..U will love it.

Worth every penny kinda stay

Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Atmosphere is such a vibe! We had fun in the swimming pool. Definitely the only place to stay in Semporna.

free and easy stay, they also allow early check in if they hv rooms available. relaxed and convenient.

opt for simple breakfast provided so we didn’t hv to hunt for food out at town which is 15mins away. clean, spacious room.
