My new favorite hotel chain!

Friendly staff, 3 free adult drinks at happy hour, breakfast and happy hour apps, indoor pool (winter stay), large lobby and breakfast area, location to Ford Center

Housekeeping skipped our room the one day that I asked for them to clean it (needed trash emptied and clean towels). Had to go to lobby and get towels myself but housekeeping manager sent someone right up to clean.

We had a great stay. I would definitely stay again.

Nice and clean facility. The breakfast was good. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Located right off 75 and GBTP, you can get all over DFW easily (well, by DFW standards…).

It was pricey. I wanted to stay somewhere a little better than the usual throwaway hotel experience. This was certainly provided, but it was about twice the price.

10/10 for amenities. Rebecca is the so warm and welcoming- she really set the tone for our stay upon check-in. Free breakfast and dinner with drinks- so much value. Heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Hate we couldn’t spend more time to enjoy.

We would stay there again if the room was at a special rate.

Did not get a chance to eat breakfast, but the buffet looked amazing.

Like all hotels built near a highway, the traffic noise is disturbing for light sleepers. We brought our white noise app and that helped immensely.

Overall, this property is convenient and comfortable.

I like this property because of all the included extras: WiFi, parking garage, evening snacks, and hot breakfast, not to mention the convenience and comfort of the property.

The only thing I noticed was the carpet looks a bit dirty in the hallways and our room.

Very nice property with a good selection of free food and drink at the evening event. And also at breakfast. Very good value. Nice sized rooms. Comfortable beds. Very good shower.

Property is right next to major freeway intersections. Requested a room away from elevators so it would be quiet which was met however the noise from the traffic was incessant. Only reason I will not stay at this location again. Booked the Frisco location for my return trip. Hope it’s not as noisy.

The person that checked us in was very helpful and took time explaining things. I liked that breakfast and dinner were included. We are vegan so we didn’t have many options.

Always a great experience!

I love this property. The beds are so comfortable , everything is so clean and tidy and the whole hotel smells amazing. Free private parking, beautiful and clean rooms, amazing staff, we were able to ask for a late check out for free. Staff is very friendly and helpful and make you feel welcomed. This was my second time staying with them and they’re always top on my list.

The price is a tad bit overpriced for the location, it’s the same price as any downtown location, yet it is far from the city. Also, the breakfast is a very small selection but it’s still alright.
