Sehr gutes Hotel an zentraler Lage und doch ruhig

Lage und freundliches Personal

Einchecking erst ab 13 Uhr möglich. Sollte früher möglich sein. Zumindest sollte das Gepäck eingestellt werden können. Auch mit Code möglich.

Had a Marvelous time/Stay at the Riku And would choose the RIKU whenever I am in Ulm, Germany

Absolutely recommend

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast for the price charged! It has coffee with oat milk, very important for my lactose intolerance! Excellent location, just next to the Ulmer minster, and has everything around. The window in the hotel rooms is of good quality, unlike that of the hotels in the US. The design is simple but with taste.

The public parking is expensive, but that's the price to pay to park just beneath the Ulmer minster... The door of the hotel rooms is heavy to open and loud at closing. The ventilator in the bathroom is loud (but effective). The walk-in shower looks stylish and modern, but the water goes over easily if you use a lot of water for shower. The rooms do not have a kettle (so I bought one in a store nearby) - but that's the hotel's choice not offering one. It also does not have a fridge (which I do not need anyhow).

Good value for money, clean and central,with breakfast.

Excellent central location, literally round the corner from Minster. 10 minutes walk from station with luggage, adjoins Barfusser restaurant, close to shops and short walk from river.

Room is small but adequate, staff are very helpful but few in number so service can be slow if more than one guest waiting. Reception closes at 8pm so could be problematic if travel plans delayed or late arrival required.

Comfortable Stay in the Central Ulm

* The location was great. Close to all famous sightseeing places and lots of restaurants and shops. * The hotel was in the central of everything, but still nice and quiet in the room. * A lot of hotels in Germany do not have ACs, but they do have a great one each room!

* There is no parking at the hotel. There is a parking very close to the hotel, so it worked out.

lost one night of sleep

Room was ok, but without working air conditions in +30C was super hot and impossible to sleep. I tried to open the window, but the area is very noisy. There are nobody in the reception between 20:00 until 08:00, and no one answering the phone, making impossible to get any help or to change the room. Overall bad service and no value for money.

A great stay

Well organized, overall very clean, good pillows and a great location with a view to the Ulm cathedral.

There was a small dried blood stain on the bedsheets.

Always great to be back here!

Smart. Central position. Spacious room. Very comfy beds and pillows! Friendly and helpful staff.

The lack of a minibar and a coffee machine in the room.

Excellent location, staff are very friendly.

The duvet was too small and the double bed is more like two single beds joint together, but apparently it is the standard double bed here.

It was a very good stay.

The location was great. It was next to the cathedral. Many restaurants and such all around.

Price was a little high but ok. No fridge in the room.
