Awesome accommodation

We arrived early and were allowed to check in before 2 pm. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds were comfy and room was really large. Lovely pizza restaurant just up the road, had the best pizza ever. Shop next door for all food needs. Bus stop within metres. Walking distance to beach and local attractions. Safe neighborhood.

location was prime right in center of city very reachable to the boulevard as well as the Turkish restaurant areas so good food

Not good at all.

Location of the hotel is nice. There is a grocery store next to the hotel which is open till midnight. Europe sq. is 5 to 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel itself is very old. Rooms are very bad. We booked the room for 3 nights out of which one night and day was spent without air conditioning as there was wiring issue in the hotel. We were with a child and the hotel did not have any pillows or blanket for my child which is insane. There were alot of insects in the room and we sprayed the room many times to get rid of them. Balcony is facing the building behind the hotel and you only see bunch of ladies, men or dogs from the balcony without any view.

Take a different hotel

Location is very good - beach, funicular, port and old town are in walkable distance. View from 7th floor is great and that's it with good things.

Hotel must be renovated ASAP. For example, shower cabin looked really used for some years too long - doors not closing properly, liquid soap holder broken, mold on the corners. The lock for the bathroom doors had been broken some time ago and not repaired or changed. In our room there was only one night lamp but that was not working - light bulb had burned out. And so again with other things as well. Corners behind the sofa chairs had not been cleaned for a long time and you could guess what time does the room service comes... 5PM, so, late afternoon, their worker knocked at the door and asked do we need room service. Wifi is not working properly and it is impossible to work due to loss of signal all the time.

Totally fine for the price

The room was totally alright and quite large. The bed was fine and the room clean. We did only stay for one night, so for this length of stay we were satisfied. We arrived early and the hotel could accommodate us before check-in time, which was great.

Shower cubicle seem to leek water all over the floor when showering. Lot of noise from the street, but that is the deal when staying in Batumi. No bedside lamp, but that has been the case at any other hotel in Georgia, so maybe that is just common in this country. Would have been great though.

Great location

The bathroom is awful. The shower is broken and gets blocked every time. The toilet is broken as well. The extra bed they provide isn’t comfortable at all. There is only one elevator used by the staff and guests and it very slow.
