it wasn’t clean, they gave me a very dusty ventilator which even makes me sick I had a very serious cold since I left the hotel.

Air conditioning in room. Room was large as was shower. Staff were friendly
It was clearly being run with only a handful of staff. WiFi was only available in a corner of the reception area and nowhere else. No bottle of water in the fridge. We had to walk to reception to order breakfast. All that was available was fried egg with baked beans and possibly mushrooms, bread and jam, an orange drink and one cup of coffee, which was eventually brought to the room to be eaten from the dressing table.

My son was looking forward to swim in the pool, but that didn't happen.secondly, we ate the same breakfast everyday.
One word: poor breakfast

The staff here are an absolute credit to the resort. Incredibly friendly, chatty, fun and helpful. They made my stay very enjoyable. Thank you to all of the bar, pool, kitchen, and cleaning staff - you're all so lovely.
There was also excellent entertainment round the po with some dancing and incredible acrobatic stunts and live music. Such a fun atmosphere!
Breakfast was included in my stay. It was tasty, with freshly made-to-order eggs, some fruit, tea and coffee (amongst other things too).
The room was spacious, kept very clean, and was cool.
Given the past few years it is completely understandable that things such as the breakfast have slightly slipped. Although this can only improve over time, as tourism picks up. I would suggest to the management that there is slightly more investment into breakfast. Saying this I completely understand their difficult situation.
