About this house rental

Beautiful post and beam home right on Loon Mountain! 16 Queens Way boasts breathtaking views with plenty of space for up to 4 families. Sleeps 16 comfortably, everyone has a bed! This is a luxury home for families, this should not be booked for a group of over 12 adults and no children, we do not host stag/bachelorette parties, college reunions, guy weekend etc. This is set in order to preserve the enjoyment, environment, and quality for our qualifying guests and the home is simply not designed for those stays. Guests can enjoy an outdoor fire at your very own fire pit. Comes with pool/gym/spa access at the Mountain Club on Loon. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with all the necessities. Two Master Suites, one on the first floor and one on the second. Entire lower level has two bedrooms, full bathroom and a 2nd family room complete with a ping pong/air hockey table. Some nearby activities include: Hiking, Swimming, Skiing, Zip-lining, Snowmobiling, Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale and many more! 30 minute drive to Lake Winnipesaukee. 45 minute drive to North Conway area attractions. Linens and Bath towels are included. Pool towels are provided for you at the Mountain Club. Bring your own beach towels if you plan on visiting one of the many rivers, lakes or other swimming holes the area has to offer.
This is a perfect retreat to building memories with family and friends and is kept in such great quality by hosting families and groups of adults and children of all ages. This is not an ideal home for large groups of adults only or parties. We hope you understand as we work hard to keep it surpassing the hopes of our moms and dads and excitement of the little ones that come to share their time with us and the White Mountains. Thank you

We've been vacationing in Lincoln for nearly 25 years. We've never seen a nicer or more well-equipped house! We were 8 adults (4 couples) and 2 twin 5-month olds. Everyone had plenty of space to mingle or opt for some private time. Bedrooms were great and comfy, kitchen had everything you'd want, the wood firepit at night was a great treat! Thanks so much, we would absolutely stay again!

This beautiful home on Loon Mountain was the perfect place for my family to spend the week! The house was cozy with spectacular views. It has a well stocked kitchen for family meals and the perfect table for the 14 of us to eat together. There are 3 separate social spaces inside which allowed all ages to do the activities they enjoy while at home. The Mountain Club was fun for everyone - so great to have both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The location is also fabulous! There are so many activities available for all ages and interests.

Had a great time with our family at this property. It was clean, had enough space for everyone and in a great location. Had something to offer for everyone. We had six kids under 5 and they all got along.. when does that ever happen?! Would definitely go back!

We decided to spend Christmas at Loon this year and we couldn’t have picked a better property. Michael was great to work with, the home was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountain. They even put up a full size tree, which really completed the experience for us!

This was a 2nd annual holiday trip to kickoff Christmas with our growing family of kids and grandchildren. The house was warm and welcoming with lots of space, a great kitchen, roomy living room with awesome fireplace and views as well as plenty of beds and a cool ping pong/ air hockey table! We were in close proximity to the railroad where we took advantage of the Journey to the North Pole. We could easily make this our 3rd annual holiday destination! Great place!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and CLEAN! We were so impressed at the cleanliness of this home and the attention to detail. The location was perfect, secluded with gorgeous views of the mountains yet a close drive to local attractions and stores. The home owner was VERY accommodating as we asked for an early check-in and late check-out We have already talked about renting this property again!

This house absolutely exceeded our expectations! It was beautifully decorated, well-maintained, spacious, and clean. The views were just spectacular, and our kids (3 and 5) loved playing ping pong and air hockey, and swimming at the pool. Michael was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We kept busy with so much to do in Lincoln and beyond. Definitely a gem of a property!

Just a great experience overall! The pictures of the house and the description the owner provided were an accurate representation of the property. Great location with a lot to do in the area or take a quick drive to see other parts of NH. We had quite a few rainy days and our group was able to spread out comfortably in the house without a problem. The owner was very responsive with the couple of questions that I had when I booked the house and when we first arrived. The owner provides a nice document, weeks before you arrive, that details suggested local places to help you plan. I would definitely look to rebook this house again if we are back in the area.

Our family celebration of parents/grandparents 80th birthdays was wonderful in this beautiful spot. Great access to rivers, ponds, swimming pool, hiking and other wonderful parts of nature. The kitchen was well stocked and sleeping was very comfortable for all of us!

Beautiful location, plenty of space for a large (or extended family). Very helpful owner. Lots to do within easy driving distance. Quiet neighborhood with the caveat that it was “bike week” so there was a lot of Harley noise from the road (far away but it echoes off the valley walls). We would definitely stay again.

Very much enjoyed reconnecting with family in the setting at 16 Queens Way! We had under 10s, teens, and the adults alike appreciate the home, and where able to easily find ‘their own space’ while there was open areas for us to come together and celebrate a beautiful weekend up north! We had a blast! Highly recommend! We utilized the place for a couple winter hikes and snowboarding at Loon - minutes to the trailhead and slopes!

We had a great stay here for Polar express with 2 other families with small children. The loon mountain club access was an added bonus to swim and play in the arcade to kill time during a rainy day. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed and then some! Would highly recommend!

We celebrated my 60th birthday had kids 4- 11 and they loved the house 6 adults with plenty of room for all of us, the hotel pool, gym and hot tubs were all amazing. This was the perfect getaway. We got married on the top of Loon and stayed here for an extended weekend. The views from the fire pit and deck of this house were just want we were looking for. The house was the perfect combo for our friends and our children that stayed with us. We cannot wait to make this a yearly thing with our friends and family and look forward to next year!

9 adult women used this for a little girls weekend retreat, and we had a phenomenal stay. The house is big enough to spread out but still feel close together. We took the gondola up to the top of Loon - highly recommend that. We also took advantage of a yoga class while we were there, which was really nice. The view from the property is stunning and Mike was a very responsive host.

We (all 16 of us) had an amazing stay here! Great location with incredible views, awesome amenities and everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub and gym at the mountain club. Michael could not have been more accommodating.
