Super, polecam

Mimo opóźnionego lotu nie było problemy z późniejszym zameldowaniem. Świetne miejsce na zwiedzanie Bari. Bezcenny taras z widokiem na port na którym można odpocząć po aktywnym zwiedzeniu miasta. Pokój bardzo czysty i zadbany. Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna.

Lovely stay in Bari!

We absolutely loved our stay at San Nicola d'Amare. Our room was lovely and clean with an amazing view from our balcony. The view from the rooftop terrace was even better. We were greeted by the friendly owner who explained everything to us, including where to go for the included breakfast. The location was excellent with everything that we wanted to see in walking distance - not to mention access to so many restaurants and little shops. I would definitely stay at this lovely little place again.

We were on the upper floor, so I didn't love the stairs, but after a couple times, I got used to them. I was offered a room on a lower floor, but for me it was worth the climb for the view and I would do it again. The challenge was getting our luggage up and down. If you have mobility issues, you might want to book a room on a lower level.

Un soggiorno incantevole nel cuore della città vecchia!

Alloggio vicinissimo alla Basilica di San Nicola, posizione ottima per esplorare la città. Stanza spaziosa, con pulizia giornaliera. La terrazza è una perla, con una bellissima vista sul mare e sulla città. La proprietaria, la signora Sara, è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile per consigli ed aiuto. Raccomandatissimo!

Great place to visit Bari old center

Good location, very friendly personnel and very clean. Good breakfast in a Cafe across the street with great coffe and a croissant with flavor of choice. Really recommend you this place.

Be aware that you need to take few small stairs to enter the room and it is not a big room. All very logical in the old city.

A great stay despite the shower.

Location is brilliant. Sarah and her staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower is very small and the temperature difficult to control from extremely hot to cold. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

Bit confusing finding the property Google translate sorted. If coming from Ferry there is a free shuttle to the port entrance in Old Town district. Nobody tells you and a taxi takes about 4 km going to the main port entrance. So check.

TOO NOISY

The bedsit room was spotless. We close to all tourist attractions

The WiFi didn't work in the room. The room was SO CLOSE to the road all conversations, bikes etc were intruding on our sleep.. I had to bang on the door to get people to remove themselves from the step into the bedsit room we had. Open door one step into room and there was the bed. No views, no balcony....Over priced for what we got.

it was clean and the location was great but I booked a room which I thought has a view, however when we arrived they took us to another building which was a bit away from the main location with a small balcony and no view.

Convenient location, 100m to St. Nicholas Basilica. There is a terrace overlooking the sea and the old town. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. There is a balcony. Very nice and hospitable hosts.

Cosy, nice and practical room with a wonderful view on the sea and amazing terrace on the roof. The accommodation personnel was very kind and accommodating. We also liked the cleaning service which was perfect during the day and we enjoyed our check-in about midnight a lot - no problem to check-in whenever you want. Thank you!

If you want just a room in the old town center then this will be your right place.

It is located in the beautiful historical area of the main city. The breakfast is served in a friendly italian caffee .

The pictures did not show the fact that the room, the terrace and the kitchen are in different floors. The terrace and kitchen can be used by other guests, too. Based on the description, photos and price we thought that we booked an appartment, not just a room. The breakfast is good, but not diverse only a croissant and a caffee or a juice for kids.

It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. We spent 3 days in the property and other people who stayed caused a ruckus on the floor above us. There was 0 consideration for others who were staying there and because the walls are so thin, we could hear every footstep of theirs, things dropping on the floor, etc. But the sounds were so clear that it we awoke in the middle of the night thinking it was in our room. We wouldn’t recommend based on the fact that we did not sleep for 3 days.

Lovely place by the sea, and right at the heart of Old Town Bari

This place is right at the heart of Old Town Bari. Its very nice, clean and the owner was really nice. I had a really good stay there and they really make so much effort to make my stay enjoyable and memorable. The owner, Sara, was really nice, helpful and kind. The bed was so comfy as well. Totally recommended this place!

We were very pleased with our stay here!

Rooms were extremely clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Terrace overlooking sea was nuce. Host Sarah was very attentive and accommodated all of our needs. She was always available when we needed something.

The stairs were a but difficult with luggage to carry. However we did know about this from reading reviews so we were prepared for it.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right in the centre of Bari old town. Alessandro was very accommodating and we were able to leave our bags while we went out on our last day. It was about a 20 mins walk away from the train station which made it a great base to explore other parts of Puglia.

It was clean, they tidied the room each day and provided clean towels It was walking distance to shops and resteraunts

The host was so nice. The AC was amazing after a hot day in south italy it felt so good coming back to a cold clean room. They gave us breakfast coupons for the cafe next door where the owner spoke great English and was so nice and helpful we ended up drinking together and being friends :)

Wish I knew how tight the stairs were and that I’d have to carry my suitcase all the up three floors. Definitely don’t grab a suitcase for this place.

Where I wanted to stay

In the Bari vecchia incredibly good positions. With a sharing scooter you can go everywhere in a manner of minutes. Top choice. Superclean and quiet..the common terrace is just a jewel.

Nothing just some stairs to climb but it was fun at the end.

Wonderful holiday, Bari is amazing and a lot of famous places fare and wide (Matera, Alberobello).

Very friendly landlord. Bonus to leave the luggage at her place before the departure. Bonus to arrange taxi to the airport. Excelent location of accomodation.

Bathroom outside the room. No chance to speak English but the owner was willing to speak through the mobile translator.

Amazing place right in the heart of Bari. The view from the roof terrace is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breaksfast is served at nearby (50 m walk): coffee, fresh orange juice and croissant. If you have problem going up/down stairs, there is no lift.

Great location with terrace and helpful staff.

The staff was awesome, they were helpful, friendly (in Italian) and the rooms were spotless! The terrace was my favorite part with excellent views.

I booked a larger room and had to take a smaller room just for the first day. It was a bit noisier with no a/c. It wasn’t a huge issue because we were so tired from a long flight but we had to pack up to move upstairs. The stairs are a bit narrow for luggage as it is the historical district but the ladies were super helpful in helping us carry the big suitcases.
