decent but not comfortable

no breakfast, good location

so small, the bedrooms were so cramped for 11 people, the toilets were so small too thanks for the garage, it was a nicer place to hang out

Overall it was pleasant.

The location is good, there are good restaurants nearby. It was very near the place of reception we attended.

I would have wanted cleaner bathrooms. The curtains were very thin that when the sun came up the rooms became too bright, so if you had a late night you wouldn't be able to sleep in.

The place is so clean and very relaxing. A quiet place to relax. Maam Shirley was very nice to us. Hoping to be back again soon.

the place was very nice and easy to access going to highway and supermarket we love to stay again. caretaker is very responsive overall place was excellent .

Good for 6-8 persons but not convenient as has water shortage.

The house is ok but the water upstairs is the problem. Also the smell from the toilet is not nice as it’s affect our sleep and uses of the kitchen. Maybe the septic tank. Lucky we’re only 4 people checked in. Value for money is not for few persons.

Sort out the water facilities and the smell coming from the toilet.

The place is quiet and relaxing. Very near to Twin Lakes and Tagaytay city proper.

Not exactly that we don't like, but suggestion on the blankets, kind of small for the husband and wife. Some area on the porch leaks when it rains. But these are only minor concerns. Would love if there's a kiddie pool☺️ Overall, our stay is great.

Superb

Perfect for groups, very spacious and complete with cooking materials.

No shampoo or body soap, only dishwashing liquid. The place is very far from the nearest convenience store, so make sure to bring everything you need.

My whole family from age 2 to 56 all enjoyed our stay there.

Host was responsive even though she is located in US even though we book it last minute and called her in her odd hou due to problem with another booking. She was able to quickly prepare the property for us. Amazing. There was lots of books, games and puzzles to keep us entertained and the kids loved it.

Pretty and value for money :)

The villa is really pretty 😍 complete kitchen utensils.. The ambiance is also good and spacious for 8pax

Two thumbs up to.this place. Its a quaint house with a very homey feel. Wish i owned and lived in one like D'Waldz. The caretaker waa very friendly and accommodating. This may be my Go-To place if ever I will need one for our next Tagaytay Trip.

OVER RATED AND OVER PRICED

Beddings and towels were clean

Bathrooms were old and dirty, small kitchen appliances were not working. Kitchen appliances were dirty so with the plates and utensils

Quick Overnight stay

Enough living space for 4people. I like that it has enough things to entertain the family, ie games, board games, karaoke, etc.

The bathrooms are too small and cramped.

The weather was so nice as it is one of the coldest days in Tagaytay so were quite fortunate

The location since we really meant to just stay in and enjoy our family time. It was a little far from any commercial areas which is nice

While there were enough beds for ten (including extra mattresses, there were not enough beddings. Towels were less than 10 and there was not enough blankets. It was quite a cold night.
