Aceptable pero con muchos puntos de mejora

La ubicación. Tamaño perfecto para no más de 2 personas.

Olía a tabaco. El baño es un desastre: ducha pequeña y mampara que no cierra bien, la escobilla del WC en una punta y el WC en la otra porque no hay sitio, un mueble colgado encima del lavabo impide que te puedas lavar la cara dentro de éste, papel de fumar para el WC. Tener en cuenta que es un bajo y todas las ventanas y las puerta dan a la calle, con lo cual no es muy privado.

Vlakbij het busstation. Aan een pleintje. Niet in het touristische Centrum.

Hygiene in de badkamer moet beter. De slaapbank was erg slecht, die moet vervangen worden. Met deze minpunten is de prijs te hoog.

Donde hay calidad se nota

Cercanía tanto personal como en la zona donde está el apartamento. Siendo murciano nunca me imagine que estaría tan bien en un apartamento de tanta calidad precio, más que precio CALIDAD... La zona es completamente accesible en coche para la hora de dejar equipaje, compras etc... El acceso al apartamento (en mi caso) era un bajo que no se si lo pone en el anuncio... para hora de la entrada de minusvalidos es de 10... La atención es completamente inmejorable y no se puede pedir más que el buen trato que te da este apartamento. Sin duda algún repetiré en mis regresos a mi querida Murcia.

Disappointing

Good location.

Uncomfortable pillows and worst sofa bed. Constant noise from the street and also noise of water falling from other apartments into the pipes that were on a top cabinet in our living room.

When I arrived at the agreed check-in time, the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guest left. Had to walk around Murcia for one hour before apartment was ready. As a result, the apartment was not cleaned properly. Safety of apartment is very bad. Apartment was on ground floor and window to street could not be locked. Possible to lift up window shutter from street and enter bedroom through window. Host looked at window and noted it could not be locked and said he would be back the next day to fix it, He did not return in the six days I was at the apartment. The apartment has a dining table but no chairs! Soundproofing to street and to neighbouring apartments is very poor.

The staff was highly responsive. The location is just perfect, close to everything and easy to find. The bed is comfortable. Even though it was cold, the apartment was warm without AC. In addition, it is well equipped.

It gets hard to sleep sometimes because of the road noise, but that is normal due to its location.

Two nights in Murcia

Communication was very good before and during my stay . Check in was via a safe lock and instructions very clear on how to get in . Apartment was ok for two nights and has the basics, bed , TV fridge , small cooker ..bed was comfortable..I arrived by train to Murcia so it was a 15 minute walk and is walking distance from all the sights in the city.

Firstly this is my opinion and having read previous reviews I had an idea what to expect. The apartment lacks a few utensils..I had to buy a coffee cafeteria sugar milk ..it should have these items..there was a musky smoky small when I arrived..I left the window open as much as possible to let in air ..but the problem is a lot of noise outside during the day time so bring ear plugs and a eye mask ..the plaza in front of the apartment attracts a lot of youths and some unsavoury character s ....so be careful entering and leaving the apartment..this apartment is ok for one person on a short stay ... again if staying here prepare for a lot of noise from outside..a sketchy neighborhood and a small apartment

Fine! We collected the key from the cleaner!

The noise from the street and above the apartment was unbearable! Until 3 am people were talking outside the apartment and also above moving furnitures banging doors screaming! The sofa bed is NOT A BED it cannot sleep anything one! The blankets provided are old and not comfortable. We left early the apartment. 1 night early! We left due to the state of the beds and noise!!!

Light and comfortable apartment

It's a good location with a good view, not noisy. It's a comfortable and light apartment with A/C, wifi, well equipped, some toiletries. A quick and independent check-in and check-out :) It looked as on the pictures.

We didn't get in time the instruction how to grab the key (I don't know if it's owner or booking.com issue). I called and it was a mix of English-Spanish which was not a problem for me. A couple of dirty shoe marks were on the floor.
