I had a wonderful time staying at Room, the staff were so friendly and obliging. I felt very welcome

Staff amended my booking so that my room was close to other members of my party, as we had a misunderstanding and had booked in separate locations. I received an upgrade and my room was perfect. I can't thank the staff enough for making my weekend away so much easier and comfortable.

I had a wedding to attend, and I had trouble with the light in the bathroom (room 35) as it was very dim and was not very good for doing make-up in front of. I could only see what my make-up looked like in my friend's room. A bright light above the mirror would fix the issue, but other than that I had a wonderful stay.

Problems free no issues with staff or guests. What was promised was delivered.

Just about everything, only issue was unable to get local channels 7 9 and 10. Unsure if it was me as didn’t like Foxtel setup, put it down to age.

Comfortable bed great rooms lovely extras safe parking

Very comfortable bed great room set up. Lovely touches eg toiletries, eye mask ear plugs etc great range of tea coffee etc and biscuits are a lovely touch. Very friendly staff and great parking right at room ( great for single traveler)

Only suggestion clean the vents in the exhaust in bathroom and a bit of mould in shower. Apart from that great room

Great rooms and parking. Wouldn't stay here again, interconnecting door the killer!

Got the dreaded interconnecting door. It was like the people next door were in my room, heard everything.

perfect for a one night stop over to attend a function.

Really nicely refurbished. All modern and clean. Had a great sleep and a lovely hot shower. I will return.

Big beds, comfortable and clean. Nice new, clean rooms. Even had a toaster & sink.

Better than the others

Very clean and larger than we thought. Great value. Comfortable beds, carpark under cover right outside room door.

Thin walls could hear neighbours talking, tv and snooring. Having said that, we will stay there again.

Exceptionally clean and well appointed room room, comfortable beds. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. The place is still a work in progress in some areas but in no way did this detract from the comfort of our stay.

The location and overall vibe of Room Motel was great. Staff service was excellent and the room was clean and supplied with lots of handy amenities. Really enjoyed the short time we had here and will gladly stay again!
