Overall stay was comfortable and easy

Amazing staff, good service - Devyanshi, Pooja and Abhishek were very accommodative and understanding

Its a good hotel but very far from all facilities

Continental was very poor. Croissant, Chocolate bread etc of very poor quality- not fresh at all.

I fell very sick after eating the Biryani from a la carte

I booked this hotel for about 10 rooms for my foreign guests. Our experiences are as follows:- Breakfast was OK, Room was OK, Location is not well connected with public transport and way outside the city and important places. The most negative part of this hotel Staff are not professionally trained and courteous to the guests. Lacks coordination.

The first thing is that the hotel should have professionally trained manpower rather than relying only on local guys'. The good infrastructure of the hotel is getting undermined because of this.

Staff were very polite and the executive suite was very comfortable and house keeping kept it very clean.

I was informed three days before that I had to pay by direct deposit into their bank account which I was really uncomfortable doing. I received numerous emails after that saying my room was not confirmed as payment hadn’t been made even though I had sent them the receipt. When checking in I was asked to pay total amount. Again I had to show proof of payment.

Staffs were comperatively good

Restaurant were not available for Lunch. They booked the restaurant for some event. And they don't allow to get the food delivered from outside. Also bathroom's door were broken . Toilets washer were broken

Worst experience..Being 5 star hotel Dey are as low as 2 star.Beds were crackling sound with moving here and dere after lying down.No one is bother to take responsibility for this complain.Since I have work I didn't change the hotel.But it is not worth to stay.Staff didn't take any action when I complaint.so big no to this hotel.Think twice to stay here.

booking here was kind of scam. Not at all economical and the level of professionalism expected from the receptionist of such hotels was missing

Poor Stay Experience in so called hotel.

Location was good

Staff was very slow, very bad room service. I booked for 3 persons with including extra bed. But I had to request 10 times for that and it took one hour. There were bugs in room few things were broken.
