Ottima sistemazione

Bellissima villa in stile anglosassone con un fantastico giardino. La famiglia è stata molto gentile e ci hanno subito accolto. Durante la giornata si ha la percezione di avere la villa tutta per se. Mi è piaciuta molto. Per i timorosi : L’acqua calda c’è e la mi doccia è durata molto tempo 😉

Красивая территория, недалеко от станции, на этом из плюсов всё.

Из персонала за всё время пребывания встретили одну женщину. Встретили её случайно на подходе к дому, обратились чтобы узнать дорогу, она и оказалась сотрудницей дома. Ужин в доме не предлагают, завтрак тоже. Телефона в номере нет, соответственно обратиться к персоналу с каким-либо вопросом можно только по счастливой случайности, встретив вживую. Пароль от вай-фая не удалось узнать по той же причине, в номере информации об этом нет. На первый взгляд номер показался нам чистым, но это оказалось только на первый взгляд. Всё постельное белье в чужих волосах, одеялом служит плед без пододеяльника, в ванну за 2 мин до нашего заселения бросили грязный коврик. С водой также есть проблемы: первые минут 7 всё в порядке, температура воды регулируется стандартно, после начинается игра: льется кипяток секунд 30, потом кипяток резко превращается в ледяную воду (без преувеличений). Нам пришлось смывать остатки мыла с себя перебежками в промежутке пары секунд, когда вода нормальной температуры, иначе никак. Отопления нет.

I like the garden of this location and the view. The floor of the room is also wooden made,its nice. There are some arts on the walls,its make pleasant feeling,Bathroom looking good

There's no hot water. They said 24 hour hot water available. But we had to wash with ice water. Before I came I called the owner lady to ask the way,but mostly call is not responding.I told it to her but she didnt agree with it. Room is very small and window locks are broken,unsafety. And the owner and the family members also in same place. So feel like not have freedom. Not more valuable for the price finally. I was disappointed.

No hospitality experience

The room is relatively clean, no mosquitoes, very quiet, and you can have a good sleep.

1，WiFi signal is very poor 2，The waiter can't speak English, so communication is difficult. 3，The owner's service needs to be improved. 4，The location of the hotel is not easy to find, and it takes a long dirt road in rainy days.

we stayed there for a night,took our dinner and breakfast,test and hospitality was as like as own home.

Cordially welcome by the owner. it is very close to city center. well decorated and latest fittings everywhere.

An uncomfortable, cold and unpleasant stay

The location was close to the Town Centre

The House was cold inside from the first day, with the bedroom too was very cold having no fitted as standard heating facilities, in a location at the time of year is both very cold & damp. Even with the two blankets supplied, the ambient room temperature was way below acceptable to have had comfortable, warm & uninterrupted sleep during the stay. When mentioned to the Host, on the first day, the response was to offer a self standing Heater for which an additional charge was required. This extra charge, to heat up a Cold room to an acceptable comfortable/warm level to stay and sleep, was NOT mentioned prior to booking, to accept or reject at the time of booking. The Shower unit had temperamental hot water operation, which without warning, suddenly mid shower switched to cold water only. It took a long time to adjust the hot water to temper up the flow to maintain a comfortable shower water running temperature, even then, it on many occasions, suddenly turned without warning into a cold shower. The Shower room itself did not have heating facility, as with the bedroom, making the stay there uncomfortable. A Television Fitted on the wall, but it did not operate at all, during the entire period of the stay. All These inadequacies were mentioned to the Host, but only feeble excuses were given but nothing positive was done to rectify any during the entire stay.

lovely place to stay , maybe to sleep only

the place itself is really beautiful, the view from the window is lovely , the host is lovely, the breakfast was tast

The water heater is either too small or broken, the hot water doesn’t last a few seconds till it gets freezing again , there is no kettle or cups in the room , no toiletries for those unprepared , you gotta pay for the breakfast and the coffee separately which is weird

Superb

I spent a day in Sri Lanka and I did not enjoy as much as I did in the city of Nuwara Eliya .. It was really the most beautiful city .. The beautiful European atmosphere is imprinted on it with a gentle breeze and a simple rain that softens the air and the sky .. The city has a wonderful psychological comfort .. The guest house is very clean And the owner of the place is wonderful beyond description .. Friendly, beautiful, cooperative and kind .. She helped me with everything I needed and recommended places for me to visit .. The place is quiet, the Wi-Fi is strong and the place in general is comfortable .. The house has the character of beautiful classic houses and it also collects wonderful furniture ..

The only problem is that the dollar is not priced at its real price, so that forced me to search for a place to change the currency and then return to pay in their ruby currency.

One of the best stays we had

Very large and comfortable bed. Big and warm blankets. Hot shower. Friendly owner.

No toilet paper, always barking dog just outside the window. Barked a lot at night and tried to escape the cage. Room was a little bit cold. Hard to find the first time which house it is. Nothing between the blanket and your body, very unhygenic, no sheet no cover.

It's a very nice place

Thanks to Shiva we had a very good breakfast...This place is very beautiful.. Garden is amazing...I love that... They are very friendly...This place is very good to stay...

Good

Actually everything was good during the stay . But one observation of my mother (have mentioned below)which was communicated to me on a later day changed my entire picture on this place. ( All the other ratings were done disregarding later observation)

When we were getting ready for the check out,they were rearranging the room which my parents stayed for another check-in(my parents got ready early and they were waiting for us) .And My mother said she never observed them changing bed linen which made me thinking that they would have done the same for us. It makes me sick when I remembers this. ( All the other ratings were done disregarding this observation)

Very nicely decorated house with manicured garden.

Hosts and housekeepers are very friendly and helpful.

Located very close town, but the journey to the house is off a small road via a unpaved narrow lane without street lamp.
