Super appartement, bien équipé et bien situé.

L’appartement est très bien situé, près de la plage et du bon côté pour aller au circuit de Montmelo. Remise des clefs pratiques.

Une seconde salle de bain et/ou un wc séparé serait appréciable pour 8 personnes.

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything.

Fantastic location--we had just visited friends in Barcelona, and this was a great place to spend the night before heading out of the area. Spacious and spotless place with comfortable beds and superb kitchen and dining gear. Street parking was super easy (in January--no idea what it would be like during peak season).

Very pleased with the accomidation, the beach is nearby and the metro is 5 minut walk to.

Airconditioning is very comfortable to have and this apartment has two of. The Very nice bathroom and easy to keep clean with a lot of people.

Brining my own towels. Not enough towels for 5 people that stay over 7 days in the apartment.

Al ok had to speak to landlord several time but he tried to resolve all the problems

Disappointing

Unfortunately, the apartment is very dirty and neglected, as well as the equipment. Zero empathy on the part of the owner, there was no water in the apartment for 1 day, he did not inform about it, he did not prepare any water bottles for the kitchen toilet, etc. He recognized that it was not his problem, but the communal services' problem. I do not recommend.

Close to the station with a lovely terrace on the roof and has Comfortable beds.

There was no soap or dishwasher liquid/ cleaning products that i could see and only one roll of toilet paper for 4 nights.

COCKROACH INFECTED smelly place

Rooftop

Cockroaches in the kitchen and corridor. Strong mould smell throughout and very dirty. After our complaint landlord didn't seem worried got back to us days later. We are regular Barcelona travellers did not expect much but basic cleanliness and cockroach-free environment. As we couldn't use the kitchen at all also 3rd class restaurants nearby our holiday was completely spoiled travelled 40 mins 3x a day to have a decent food.
