Great location and host, but not perfect if you looking for a rest and peace

Very nice and helpful host. Bathrobes in a room, big collection of books to read in various languages. Great location for a budget tourist. There is a cafe downstairs the building. Has a small shared kitchen for guests.

Shared bathroom = no silence on a common hallway as other guest are moving back and forward. Also flat screen TV was not working (even TV remote was not in the room). Quite poor sound isolation, so if any guest are with children-you will know. Overall, I know what I paid for, but I was expecting for some rest and it was quite hard to get it (maybe it was only my 'luck' and normally it is quiet and calm place:) ).

Pleasant

The location is right in the center. There was a public parking space next to the Kernaves Centras and it had plenty of free space. There is some renovation made in the Kernaves Centras as there are new bathrooms and bedrooms. Bedrooms had air-conditioners. The owners were really friendly. The breakfast is decent. Also, there is a small private patio you can use in the ground floor.

By the time we booked there was no clear information that the bathrooms are shared and that was a bummer, as one part of the bathrooms are not renovated and it needs that asap. Luckily we were the only ones that stayed and we could use the newly renovated shared bathrooms which are nice. The staircase is still in renovate-progress so expect some dust.

1) The location is perfect 2) Room has air conditionning

1) The description didn't clearly state the room has a shared bathroom. I would have never chosen it if I knew that. The host even hasn't show the bathroom to me - I had to find the WC and the shower by myself. 2) The description says it has a wifi in public areas - it doesn't 3) There are no possibility to cover windows to avoid light coming in or to avoid people on the street see you 4) It's dusty, the staircase area is under construction (demolition?) 5) It's not worth the value. You can have a 3-4* hotel room with private bathroom in Vilnius center for the same price
