Comfortable, clean, ideal location. Good value.

Beautiful location. Superb views. Grounds are lovely. When weather is good, great to sit outdoors. My wife told the desk clerk that it was my birthday. Surprised with a birthday cake at dinner. And no charge for the cake!
WIFI a little on the poor side. Weak signal, but managed to get a connection that mostly worked.
3.5
Superb location with helpful friendly staff. Good selection of drinks in the bar.
Bathroom a little tired but upgrading of rooms was underway.

The location and staff
Food was awful.
False information from the hotel.
There's not enough space here to go into detail but very angry and to no fault of staff, they were brilliant and look quite embarrassed to see disappointed guests.

Stayed several times before, comfortable, large relaxing bar
Nothing

Large room, with good furnishings, including fridge. Large restaurant on site, but also with other options close by. Friendly staff. Small village, with good access to outdoor activities.
It was fine.
3.5
Staff were excellent, very helpful. Room and hotel spotless. Bar area had table tennis, pool table, darts, air hockey table. Food and service was also very good. Price of overnight stay very reasonable and definitely good value.
No negative comments at all.

Direkt am West Highland Way gelegen. Bequeme Betten im großen Zimmer. Sauberes Bad.
Eigentlich sollte das Hotel neu renoviert sein, aber scheinbar noch nicht alle Zimmer. Zumindest unseres war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
3.5
Forest location. Internal lifts to impressive bar/restaurant. View of front garden/pond and forest trees. The layout of the front car park made it very convenient for me to load and unload my motorcycle from my van.
As with all properties I visit the TV is too small and has no input ports to attach external devices. In 2023 connectivity is everything.
3.5
Nice location and surrounding
Breakfast is fairly basic, the room wasn't maintain in good condition.

I left a bag behind and called the manager and she was helpful at all, the had some valuables and cash in a bag for our trip for charity and she would not even ask the people who are staying in the room we had or even acknowledge the problem. definitely would not recommend staying here

staff were very helpful and very friendly, the hotel was very clean, food was lovely, prices were good, it has good facilities, pool table/ table tennis etc, the dining area is huge and the staff will move you to a quiet corner if you ask, the receptionists were truly helpful and will change things for you if needed, we booked for 3 nights but enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night, overall my wife and i really enjoyed our stay here and will be back in may/june next year for sure.

Clean and comfortable. Well equipped room. Good location.
Had to wait 30 minutes for some one to show up to check us in. The place could do with a of modernising, new carpets and better WiFi
3.5
Breakfast was good. £10 breakfast buffet.
Very good WIFI speed. Over 100MBPS
Good shower pressure
Good security
Rooms are good size. Receptionists service was very good
Cleanness of the hotel. Stains are everywhere in carpets.
Rooms and corridors carpets are very dirty. They may have vacuumed carpets but stains are everywhere.
Other than the cleanness this hotel is very good.
With one week's rent, they could have easily replace room's carpets.
3.5
Location and room size
Floor was dusty. One set of towels. Room was basic
3.5
The location
The food, they didn’t make up the room on our 2 night stay nor did they empty the bin or replace the tea/coffee facilities
3.5
Scenery
To many people at same time for breakfast and dinner and not enough staff to cope , but they tried their hardest.
3.5
Clean room with comfortable bed and mixer shower over bath. Still and sparkling water provided in room along with tea and coffee. Breakfast served between 7-9 and is very good. Excellent location. Decent WiFi provided. Speed test pic is from the restaurant.
1 hygiene issue. The toilet roll holder was too low on the wall.
3.5
Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere
There is time for a makeover, we all felt we had stepped in to a Time Machine. The mattresses were not comfortable, dining area not cozy, rooms not well though out, pictures in strange places, curtains rather ugly and seemed in different lengths, no place for the suitcase etc. Very poor wi fi. Much noise from the next rooms and the pipes.

I was visiting to run in a race so can't comment on breakfast as left very early.
I went to the workers accommodation by mistake and very helpful man there redirected me
The receptionist was very welcoming and other staff friendly and helpful.
The location is fabulous and had a lovely view.
You allowed me to leave car there for the day.
The lock was functional but needed replaced. There could be better signage for where you can park your car -need more designated spaces. The double bed was fine for single person but if I'd been with a friend partner space would be tight for two. Reception area gets very congested when coach trip arriving.

Staff is friendly
The facilities are too old

Beautiful location
Easy access
Bit overpriced

Amazing hotel. We will be coming back. Very clean and great facilities. The water in the room and slippers are a nice touch.
3.5
Reception, room wes clean
Food was terrible, room clean but very dated ,staff not very helpful apart from the lady on reception.
3.5
Good very extensive
Very hot in the bar area
3.5
The location, the staff, the service and the view
The interior of the (spacious) room and small bathroom must have been at least 30 years old. The plumbing taps and heating were very rustic. The buffet food was very average.
3.5
Bathroom dirty and breakfast was to late for us to have as we needed to leave early
3.5
plenty parking

Staff were helpful and polite. Good location for walking in this area. Hotel could do with some refurbishment but doesn't put me off staying here.
I asked for a double room on the ground floor but got a twin room on the first floor. Will not put me off staying here in future but i booked early in the season i thought this would be accommodated.

Was quite worried after I read some of the reviews but was desperate...
Hotel is fantastic- great design, huge and open plan bar area, room was modern and airy.Didnt look dated at all.
Big bath and plenty of hot water.
£8.20 for a Chardonnay,
breakfast was self service between 8 and 9am, We went at 8.30am and although there was a good selection- all the hot food was barely luke warm.
3.5
Beautiful surroundings. The staff are all friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is quite old fashioned and had a much older clientele with lots of coaches arriving each day.
Menus have no options for vegan / veggie, if you're looking to eat i would highly recommend the cafe or pub just next to the hotel, great options and atmospheres.
The hot water is ridiculously hot, to the point where it's dangerous.
The londis shop over the way is pricey, just a few meters past them is a small local business shop who are much better stocked and priced.
