Good location within easy walking distance to the old town

The property was very roomy with a large balcony and was located about 1.2 klms from the old town, easy walking distance. There was a lovely coffee shop around the corner with very helpful staff.

Even though we enjoyed our stay here, attention to details on the maintenance would improve the appearance of the property. Furnishings etc were looking used and tired.

It was a nice apartment not too far from the tourist attractions. A little walking required.

It was roomy. Nice balcony with seating.

One bed (cot) collapsed and we couldn’t use it. My daughter had long hairs on her sheets.

Exploring Bari and surroundings

Very good place for exploring Bari on foot and surroundings by car. Easy access. Excellent parking place. Internet connection. Nice and spacious enough balcony with the street view for relaxing before the night sleep. We felt taken good care from the host. Would chose next time.

Actually everything was OK. Might be some furniture in the balcony needs renovation, but that was not a problem.

Good place to visit Bari

Easy to reach the nice host and with his indications, very easy to find the appartment and the free parking. Very well located. The appartment is well equipped and the terrace is top.

The breakfast is a little bit disappointing. And it would be nice to find a cleaning set for dishes.

Very good

The apartment has a very good location and is fairly spacious for a small apartment and very clean (except for the bathroom ceiling). The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is easy to use.

We were not met on arrival, which did not make us feel especially welcome. There is a serious amount of black mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. There is no working ventilation in the bathroom and the toilet seat is not fixed properly. The breakfast included was just stale packaged cakes and very disappointing. The balcony flowers were dead and other plants not taken care of.

Good conversation with the place Very Nice apartment with lovely balcony. Nice kitchen . Please to park the car . Urban stay

Unfortunately we paid for breakfast but we get some poor product( no egg no yogurt) on the first day on the second day we didn't get even a bottle of water.

Cozy apartment with all you need to feel like home

I really enjoied to stay at this place! Everything was cozy and clean. The feeling is like you are home, nothing was missing. I recomend to choose this apartment, you will like it for sure. The zone is close to everything. For me it was the best choice.

Spacious apartment in good location

An earlier check in before 5pm would have been welcome particularly when we arrived in Bari at 10am! A mirror in the main bedroom would be helpful! Bed linen needs to be replaced.

Superb

Everything went pretty smoothly. You pick up the keys in the lock box. The property has an internal dedicated parking spot, which is however quite challenging to manovre if one is not accustomed to southern Italian tightness. The apartament itself is super comfortable for two couples to stay in. The kitchen has all equipment necessary to cook dinner for a family.

Best place in Bari!

I would give it a 11 if I could. Alfredo takes care of his guests and the apartment has literally everything you need. There's parking and the apartment is close to everything you ever want to visit. Don't miss out...this apartment is for sure the best choice in Bari.

Exceptional

The host is very nice, he gave us tips where to eat, what to visit etc. The apartment is nice, fully equiped and close to the city centre, restaurants and supermarket. The balcony is big and nice decorated

The heating is automatic, so you can't start or stop it when you want.
