Sclechtes Management, schlechter Service!

Parkanlage wäre schön. Der Betrieb ist aber insgesamt viel zu gross

Personal völlig unzureichend ausgebildet, nicht überwacht und völlig überfordert. Die Wartezeiten im Beach Restaurant betrugen mehr als eine Stunde. Zimmer war zweimal abends um 16.30 Uhr noch nicht gemacht, Wäsche wurde in den vier Tagen nie gewechselt, Zimmer sind lieblos eingerichtet, Terrasse zwar riesig, verfügt aber nicht einmal über Liegestühle und weder Bademäntel noch Hausschuhe sind vorhanden. Von 5-Sterne Hotel kann nicht ansatzweise gesprochen werden, da das Management die Führung des Personals nicht wahrnimmt.

Amabilidad personal con excelente disposición.en habitación no falla un detalle, con agua, antirepelente...instalaciones cuidadas y vigiladas.excelente ubicación al lado playa y por paseo del centro y zonas turísticos

Por indicar algo si se puede mejorar el primer día había demasiados mosquitos en comida restaurante buffet.posteriormente colocaron pequeños ventiladores para ahuyentar pero es frecuente que entren pequeños pájaros y gatos cerca zona comida

foi uma muito boa estadia, relaxante e prazeirosa.

gostei dos jardins, da piscina, do quarto, da musica ambiente muito suave, e do restaurante THE BOUNTY.

um hotel com 240 camas e com o desenho do Hilton devia ter nas extremidades elevadores; não faz sentido só terem 3 elevadores no corpo central do hotel; a distância do meu quarto ao elevador era de 250 metros. Devia também ter um caminho de madeira do hotel até aos toldos da praia. a praia devia estar mais bem tratada. a restauração é caríssima, excessiva.

Tolles Strandhotel

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt . Unser Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Die Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt, der Pool riesig, Liegen waren ausreichend vorhanden. Auch der dazugehörige Strandteil war sehr schön. Das Essen in dem Strandrestaurant Bounty war sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war umfangreich.

Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

A qualidade dos produtos do pequeno almoço e jantar. Tudo com muito espaço de melhoria. A carne do jantar foi sempre da baixa qualidade. As carnes frias e frutas do pequeno almoço, também. Muito abaixo dos standards Hilton.

Definitiv kein 5-Sterne Hotel

Frühstück, Lage und Strand ausgezeichnet. Die Mitarbeiter im SPA waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Mir ist bewusst, dass europäischer Standard auf den Kap Verden nicht zu erwarten ist. Dieses Hotel ist maximal ein 3-Sterne Hotel. Das Personal beim Frühstück, an der Strand - und auch an der Poolbar ist leider dermaßen weit entfernt von irgendeinem Standard. Teils unfreundlich, ungeschult und auch nicht aufmerksam. Der Hotelmanager blockiert täglich 2 Tische beim Frühstück (obwohl Hotel komplett überfüllt und Gäste nach einem freien Platz suchen) und nutzt sie nicht. So etwas haben wir überhaupt noch nie erlebt. Zimmer mit Poolblick gebucht, eines ohne Poolblick bekommen. Tauschen war nicht möglich, da das Hotel ausgebucht war. Wirklich schade, da das Hotel großes Potenzial hätte.

Localização e tranquilidade

Quartos tardiamente arrumados, tivemos sempre q pedir. Sempre depois das 15h. No domingo às 9:30 já m havia massa dos crepes. Preciso pedir 4 vezes um café americano p nos trazerem. Aspectos a melhorar. Eficiência!

Wir kommen wieder!!

Die Suite mit dem grossen Garten und die kurze Distanz zum Meer war genial! Tolle Aussicht und sehr ruhig! Die gesammte Hotelanalage ist wunderschön gärtnerisch angelegt. Super Laufdistanz nach Santa Maria mit tollen Restaurants.

Wir hatten nur ZF und das Frühstücksbuffet war durch die unmitivierten Mitarbeiter nicht so schön. Zu wenig Tische im Aussenbereich und lange Wartezeiten. Da wir nur Frühstück hatten haben wir uns nicht so geärgert. Das Frühstück im Beach Restaurant war mit Bedienung und das war perfekt.

Férias serenas e revigorantes

A higiene, a atenção do staff, as instalações, a localização, o restaurante da praia e o pequeno almoço. Todo o espaço verde envolvente transporta-nos para uma espécie de “óasis num deserto”.

Gostámos de tudo de forma geral, no entanto, para o custo praticado, achamos que deveria haver mais opção alimentar ao jantar, tanto em escolha de pratos como em espaços diferentes.

Sehr schönes, großes Zimmer, obwohl einfache Kategorie. Das Personal war extrem Hilfsbereit und super nett und freundlich. Egal ob Rezeption, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Bar, Flughafentransfer. Alles top!

The Hilton Sal is a great hotel with a beautiful garden, great facilities and very nice and comfortable rooms and beds. The garden and pool was amazing

Nothing to mention other that the dinner buffet is limited in choice and the salads or veggie dishes at the pool bar are too small and few!

Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit des Personals im Bounty (strandrestaurant) gewünscht. Wie haben teils lange auf einen Kellner:in gewartet (> 20 min) und mussten das Personal erst aktiv ansprechen, obgleich 4 Mitarbeitende im Durchgang standen.

Lits super confortables Buffet du petit-déjeuner excellent Magnifique piscine chauffée Le resto the bounty, en bord de plage Les transalts et parasols disponibles sur la plage et gratuitements Salle de fitness fonctionnelle avec cours de spinning, steps etc en plein air La plage qui donne sur l'hôtel est excellente, calme et vide par rapport aux autres plages de santa maria Le personne à l'écoute, serviable et souriant

Les chambres vue sur océan n'ont pas de vue totale sur l'océan... attention ! Ce sont des vues partielles, non précisées dans le détail de la chambre. On a du demander de changer de chambre à 2 reprises, pour finalement rester sur une vue piscine, qui donnait sur de la verdure et le beau bassin, plutôt que la vue partielle sur mer, qui donne surtout sur une moitié d'océan et une moitié de terrain désert...
