The apartment has potential and the owner was very helpful and polite, however there are things that need improvements.

The balcony was very cute and spacious. Also the owner of the property was polite and helpful, he was trying to provide any information that was needed. The studio was fully equipped and the location was great, at only a few minutes from the beach (you just need to walk 2 minutes from the building and there's already a beach). There is a big frigde where you can store your groceries, a cooker & oven, clothing iron, vacuum cleaner, basically anything you would need.

The balcony didn't have a locker, so if anyone would be trying to break into the studio from the balcony, they could. Also the apartment was not smelling fresh, it was rather smelling a bit musty. In the bathroom, the floor is laminate flooring, which is retaining a lot of humidity. The internet also didn't work, it was staying on only for a few minutes, then it would automatically turn off and you need to turn it on again and again. I'm also unsure if the bed linen was clean or not. It didn't smell fresh, it was rather smelling like it was used or it was kept in the closed for a very long time.

There is no parking! Very unsafe experience.

The room was comfy with good cooking facilities.

The main issue was the back door - the locking mechanism was clearly worn down and the door did not lock. When this issue was raised with the owner, it was implied that we were at fault! We had to give the key back for the housekeeper to look at it (it did not get fixed during our stay), and on our return the receptionist didn’t complete any identity checks. It all felt very unsafe. There is also no parking!! We had to park over a mile away and walk with all our things.

I can recomend, it was perfect.

The flat was close to the bus stop and train station. It was a few minutes to Antibes and Cannes also to Airport Nice. Everithning was ok, flat was clean and there were all dishes in the kitchen. We arrived early morning but we could let our backpack on reception and go for a trip. Thanks!

Cosy Room, Outside of Nice

Room was comfortable and only a short walk from the train station. Could get to Nice from station in 15 mins and Monaco in 30 mins. Room had a nice balcony. Small beach only a few minutes away.

Shower was blocked. WiFi did not work instantly and I had to remove sim card from dongle and replace to get it to work. Big problem we had was that when we ran out of toilet paper, the receptionist was unable to find anymore to replace it! We were very lucky that we carry spare with us. This is very bad for such a large place!

Disappointing

- the appartment is 2 min from the beach - big patio - big fridge

- having only one key - parking difficult - bathroom smells a bit moldy - lots of bug on the patio (because of garden below) - bed blocking the back door

Good location with great transport links and shops restaurants walkable.

The location was great and the balcony got the the early morning sun but then was shady the rest of the day. There was a fan which helped with the heat. fridge and freezer a good size and towels, washing up lit etc provided. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. We got a weekly train ticket and visited most of the places between Ventimille and Grasse during the day and liked Juan les Pins and Cros de Cagnes in the evening,

It was very hot while we were there and without aircon difficult to keep cool at times. With the balcony doors and front door and window open we often managed to get a through breeze during the day and spent a lot of time on the balcony. The shower cubicle was a little bit small.

Clean place at a curious location.

Very clean. Concierge of the building is extremeny kind and helpful.

The reservation was for 3 people but the apartment was serviced only for 2. We send two messages to the owner without receiving answer. He answered when we just left the apartment. He said that had problems with his phone and could answer before.

Great experience, we can only recommend it!

Everything you need for a comfortable stay at the beach. Nice neighborhood. Always found a place to park the motorcycle in front of the apartment. All kitchen utensils available to cook. Check in/out worked perfectly and received all details in advance.

The view was beautiful. The concierge Karen was amazing and helpful. She even called us a taxi to the airport during the lockdown.

Maybe a wall by the window needs some painting. It was peeling off.

Studio on 1. floor, bring something for the moscitos

Beautiful quiet area near trainstation and buses. Studio was well equipped

Cleaning was not good, both cleaning fridge, dust and terrace should have been better. It would be nice if there was som information in the apartment: what to do with trash, could we get clean towels, train and bus information etc. I searched for room with swimming pool, and it cost euro 22 or day ...
