Overall it was a great stay.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and really love the ocean view by the dining area.

Some people rooms are more spacious than others at the same price, the bed is comfortable

I like the husband is more engaging and tries to be frriwndly to the customers

The attitude of the wife or the females partner I can’t remember her name, I was under the impression that the breakfast starts at 9 am but the husband woke me up before 9 am because I had parked behind someone and that person had to leave, I was hen I got a o my car it couldn’t start then jumped it and moved, When I went for breakfast at 9:10 am the lady told me they car make me breakfast I’m late In front of other tenants that had just recieved they toasts etc ,and the kitchen is literally the room next to where I was moving the car with both the owners present and assisting with jumping of the car, They have a rule of no alcoholic allowed when I asked what are the donts the lady mentioned it and never explained how it works because if I drink and have alcohol in my car where am I supposed to put it, or is it the consumption of it that’s not allowed, he just looked at me and said the rule I couldn’t even ask for details or how it practically works because her attitude wasn’t allowing me to I think the lady should try to stick to administrative duties not front desk issues like being incontact with guests she still treats the air BnB like a hostel, it’s needs flexibility and understanding which I don’t think she has

Friendly staff / they made as feel very comfortable and at home Accommodating to my needs Food was amazing Rooms were neat and clean Peaceful and quiet

There wasn't enough toilet paper. 1 roll for 3 people for 4 days. I had to ask for more. Other than that, everything was good.

I liked that we had a fridge in the room

Firstly we asked for rooms where smoking was allowed but that was not given to us. There is not enough parking space available for the number of rooms. We found cockroaches in winter im sure when they were cleaning they would have seen dead cockroaches that we killed. We were not told about the common kitchen until we asked about use of a microwave. As advertised an English or Italian breakfast that is NOT TRUE because we were offered bacon nd eggs only and if we did not eat bacon then we were offered cereal how is that an English or Italian breakfast. The stay was convenient because of the location but not comfortable. SAD TO SAY I WILL NOT RETURN

It was okay except for the minor things

The owner or staff were very friendly, the place is not far from the Margate CBD , the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were so clean.

The breakfast didn’t meet my expectations it was too simple for a bnb there were no starters like cereal and also it was too simple. The location is too quiet for young couples like us and for leisure time, there is no reception where you can go and ask for something you have to call if you need some help. There was also no small toiletries for the bathrooms

Very quite, private and relaxing

Breakfast was nice.

I will open more options for the breakfast. Adding more variety. Put something like Kellogg's Museli. The biggest change I will make is when the costumers arrive at venue to hand out a breakfast list they can choose. Put like a nice menu down for them.

Awesome service

The owners are very friendly and helpful. There is always hot water available for bathing. There is a kitchen area available that is adequate for a bnb. We stayed would a baby.

Stay was awesome, nothing negative to say. . I would suggest when handing over keys to customers that you also give them a rechargeable light which they can hand back upon checkout. This would be very helpful

It is a place for sleeping only, literally. No outside visitors, no alcohol, no self catering and no noise.

It was clean and very quiet

The bathroom did not have soap except a small tube of body wash enough for 1 person and we were a couple. We stayed four nights and we had no mat on the bedside and the towels were changed on the last day.

The place looked so nice, what I saw on the picture is what I met up with. The cleanliness was awesome, but the apartment has to many rules Rules - We drove all the way to Margate to be told that alcohol is not allowed, if feel like they should ease their rules (obviously no loud music after 10) that's understandable Loadshedding - the facility must improve abit, in terms of assets of loadshedding Maybe the apartment must get a generator, even those lamps that gets charged Though it's need some improvement but we really did enjoy our stay
