About this house rental

Located at the at the 10th hole of the Fazio course of the PGA National complex, this completely renovated 3-bedroom 3-(full) bathroom house features all you need for a memorable holiday.

Fully renovated in the summer of 2017 by a renown international interior designer, the house contains new furniture, floors, bathrooms and kitchen with luxury finishes and brand new stainless steel appliances.

We rent only to who want the best of Palm Beach in a quiet, quality environment. As such parties are not allowed in this rental. We encourage our guests to provide some background on themselves and a brief summary of their intended trip to Palm Beach Gardens.

Private terrace features stunning golf course views; perfect for a morning breakfast or relaxing in the comfortable lounge chairs.

Three spacious bedrooms with new beds and comfortable mattresses and three bathrooms with new linens and towels will ensure you'll have a pleasant stay.

High speed internet and WIFI throughout the house.
Brand new Tv with cable located in the living room, and second Tv located in the master bedroom.
The house is equipped with its own top of line Weber grill.

The house forms part of the Patio Homes subdivision of PGA National, which has both sparkling lake and golf views, featuring views of the Haig course. The community has a pool for you to enjoy.

Some nearby attractions include the pristine nature preserve and beach at John D. MacArthur State Park. A short drive to Albacoa which is a nice golf course open to the public. The trendy Palm Beach Gardens Downtown is lined with open air restaurants with waterfront dining, shopping centers, fine boutiques, and theaters. The Gardens Mall is located at a 5 minute drive highlights some stores like Bloomingdales, Macy’s, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Apple, and more.

Please note we do not have a membership to the PGA National , so guests staying at our property will not be able to play at the PGA National golf courses unless they secure tee times by themselves.

Our stay was just what we were looking for. Last minute get away before we all we’re getting ready to go back into the office. Some had been working the whole Covid. Ariel was terrific. We had a few needs and he responded within minutes and got what we needed in hours. There were 8 of us most still working remote so a bit tricky finding spots for calls and such but overall very nice stay.

A perfect vacation home for us

A perfect vacation home for us

My husband and 3 grown kids spent everyday on one of the three golf courses of PGA National or at the Ledbetter Institute taking lessons. They could walk there from the condo quite easily. We had 3 people working remotely and me teaching yoga and the WiFi worked beautifully. We ate dinner outside on the front patio and had our morning coffee on the back screened in porch. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare anything we desired to cook. There is a nice big fridge, new stove and the washer and dryer are great. There was lots of bath and beach towels and enough provisions of toilet paper etc to get us started. We enjoyed meeting many of the neighbors on our walks or at the community pool. The beds are super comfortable and made for great night's sleep. It was a treat to get out of the frigid cold of the North. Also, Palm Beach County has a mask mandate so we felt very safe at the grocery store and outdoor dining. I hope that I get the opportunity to stay again.

My family and I came into town over the July 4th weekend for a family wedding. We needed a place to stay that would be quiet and close to all the events that weekend. This property lived up to that and then some. Ariel is an absolute sweetheart and answered all of our questions about the property and the area. The condo was clean and inviting. It had everything that we needed including clean beds, towels and kitchen items for cooking. I highly recommend this property!

We spent 3 quick nights at the condo for a golf trip at PGA National. The condo is in great shape and very modern, well equipped. We were very happy and comfortable with the accommodation. It is right next to the hotel as well, a short walk away if you want to go for a dinner or drinks. Ariel is a great host as well, he had the kitchen stocked with breakfast groceries for us at my request which was a huge help as we did not have time to get to a supermarket before arriving and jumping out on the courses. I recommend this apartment and will likely use it again for our next trip to PGA Natl.

We shared a lovely 4 days with family from all over the country! Celebrating our Mom's 90th birthday was easy and so much more enjoyable than staying at a hotel. We shared one memorable evening at the condo with terrific and casual take-out from Brio's. It was easy to order online and it included everything we needed with the intimacy that a restaurant could not provide. A perfect location with lots to see within a 20 minute drive. Don't miss the Flagler Museum and a drive around Palm Beach!

The house was fantastic and as advertised, right off the 10th fairway of the Fazio course at PGA National. Plenty of space, beautiful bedrooms, and just an overall great stay. Well maintained, well stocked with essentials(coffee, sugar, salt, towels, and toiletries), clean, and a great location! It’s right on the golf course and we enjoyed watching golfers while we ate breakfast on the screened porch. Exactly what we needed for our stay! Single exterior step at entrance could use a visual marking to prevent it from being so hazardous. Would definitely stay here again!

Ariel could not have been more responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. If we had questions we heard from her right away...often within minutes! The home is lovely and everything is in excellent condition. Immaculate. Kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms have lovely bedding and having the three bathrooms is a plus. The upstairs master suite has a tv and is ensuite. The second upstairs bedroom has two twins and the downstairs bedroom has a queen. Both have bathrooms so close they almost seem ensuite. Lot of windows and light off the living space. Screen porch in the rear... can watch the golfers. Small front patio with grill and out door table. Top notch all around. Would recommend without hesitation!!
