Sehr gepflegtes Apartment mit grandiosem Ausblick in guter Lage.

Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist wunderschön und jeden Morgen aufs Neue ein Grund zur Freude. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man einfach alles, was es braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist mit 10 Minuten Fußweg ein Kinderspiel, die zahlreichen Treppen auf dem Rückweg jedoch jedesmal eine Herausforderung (hier gibt es aber Umwege die dann einfach etwas länger dauern). Der Fußweg zum Casino ist mit 10 Minuten genau so angenehm. Das Haus in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, ist zwar sehr alt, aber dennoch gepflegt und die Mitbewohner sehr freundlich.

Es gibt tatsächlich nichts, was hier nicht passen würde! Alles perfekt!

Superbe logement , très bien situé et très bien aménagé.

Logement très propre , bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur Monaco et la mer , très bien placé à la limite de Monaco ( l’autre côté de la rue) très confortable et très bien décoré .Nous avons pu visiter Monaco à pied et prendre le train pour la fête des citrons 🍋 pour Menton .Parking à proximité de l’appartement et facile d’accès ( forfait semaine à 69€) . Marché de producteurs locaux à moins de 5 mn du logement ( produits italiens et spécialités culinaires ) Nous avons fait la visite guide du Riviera Palace à Beausoleil avec sa serre magnifique ( accès en haut de Beausoleil par des Escalators ) , il y a beaucoup d’escaliers dans Monaco et Beausoleil ( mais aussi des ascenseurs et Escalators ) Très bons conseils et très réactif de la part du propriétaire . Nous espérons y revenir l’année prochaine.

Soggiorno magnifico. Ottima posizione in un bel quartiere con tanto di negozi vicini e parcheggi. L'host molto disponibile ed esauriente alle mie domande. Bel appartamento !! Terrazzino con vista incantevole

We had a good stay at the villa.

The villa has a convenient location and the view of the sea is beautiful.

There were only a few plates, cups, and glasses in the kitchen drawers, not enough for 3 of us. There were some stains on the furniture and it looked like it needs to be changed.

Modern Apartment in Historic Building with Amazing View!

The apartment was beautiful. This unit has been updated nicely with all the modern amenities but is a historic building with great charcter! Really felt like a local close to everything, easy walk to town. Amazing view of the city and the sea from the two balconies. It had everything we needed. Thank you! Wouls stay here again for sure.

The only thing that would have been helpful would have been some instruction sheets printed out in different languages on how to properly use the different appliances.

Laurent gave us kind instructions how to get around, the place was really nice. We arrived for the Historique Grand Prix and the apartment was a great place to retire after the long days.

In all Monaco, Italy, France and Slovenia the St. Charles parking was the only place where my credit card was not accepted, we had to look for an ATM and pay with cash. It's not the hosts fault of course but be prepared.

lovely modern apartment in an old building full of character

Lovely apartment with a sea view from a cosy balcony. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Laurent was a great host and he had some good tips on how to navigate the town and its multiple sets of steps. Only comment - the apartment could do with some more bowls and glasses

AMAZING!

Everything in the apartment is brand new and the desingn immediately makes you feel like home. Kitchen is well utilated and there s nothing you’ll need that will miss. Heating system works flawles, there s also a washing machine and a dryer (which were much appreciated). The matress is very comfortable and helps you have a very good sleep. Laureant was also the very french hoast that helped us with everything, at any hour, even if we haven’t actually meet him. (Thank you for everything!) We will surely return.

Our stay was ok for the price, be prepared for lots of stairs (that is Monaco) we parked at Saint Laurent(20 euros a day

location was great, ocean views, fast response from owner, nice kitchen and bathroom

mattress was very hard, a little bit noisy during the night, it could of been a little cleaner (mold on shower strip) wifi poor signal at times

Fabulous apartment near Monaco

Great 2 night stay

Excellent apartment 10 minute walk from the shops and restaurants of Monte Carlo and Monaco. Clean& very nice. Laurent was a pleasure to deal with and communication was great. We will definitely be returning 👍🏻👍🏻
