Muy buena estancia

Que el apartamento es acogedor y tiene muy buena comunicación, estando en 1 minuto en la Grand Place. Y el sofá cama no está mal para dormir.

Nice location

Frustrating noise from dance club!

great apt and have stayed before.

There is a new night club right behind the apt - from 9 pm to 5 am wed - sun. It is only a good place to stay if you plan to be up all night. I was on business so it was unbearable for me. No help from owners.

The apartment was cold, but the location is good. The tools and accessories are quite nice.

The location is ideal and convenient. The view from the windows is amazing.

The apartment was cold the radiators were not functioning properly, and the portable heating devices were not enough for the whole flat. The lights were dim and the floor was not cleaned well enough. Our last night we were informed from the neighbor that he organized a party at that day and it was very noisy.

Overall it was pleasant stay.

I like the location it was in the heart of the activity center and walking distance to central station. The amenities worked super well.

The bathroom was not clean properly and really need some deep cleaning especially the tub/shower. The guest towels and wash cloth need some updating. The checking time could be a little earlier

Brussels is fabulous

The location is excellent, right near the main square (Grand Place), a little noisy on weekend nights.

The room was very stuffy with no flow-through ventilation or air conditioning. With the windows completely open there was still little air movement and it was very noisy. The TV was in an odd and not useful location and the kitchen facilities were the minimum. The internet and water pressure were good.

Really bad experience left asap.

It was truly filthy. Bugs in the curtains, mould in the toilet, gum in the sheets. Floor was really nasty as well. Told the property about all the issues and left as soon as possible and got no correspondence from them at all and instead they chose to communicate to me through booking customer service . Btw if you’re bothered by loud noises and such definitely don’t recommend this place as it is in a busy street and right across from a police station.

Spacious apartment with outdoor space, right in the heart of Brussels

Short walk from metro station and 1 block from the Grote Markt. Top floor (with working elevator) and even had a small outside patio off the bedroom. very spacious, lots of light and views from apartment.

the only windows that opened were in the bedroom so the living room got pretty stuffy even on not very warm days. there were (2) key boxes which was a little more complicated than it needed to be - just have (1) set of keys at first key box.

Everything was fantastic. Communication from the owners was excellent . All facilities were fabulous especially the washing machine .Location was awesome 1 min walk from Grand Place. Keys to open front door to apartment were tricky at first go but fine after that .

Overall, great stay, would happily choose it again!

Great location, very easy to communicate with our hosts, very clean and cute apartment. Absolute life saver for us in a last-minute bind. Very helpful

My parents were on the bed, I think the spring mattress might have just worn out over time so it was a bit tough on their bodies I think but not at all a deal breaker.

Excellent location, pretty big room and bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette. Washing machine, but no dryer, only clothes rack. Apartment located just behind main square. Close to everything- attractions, shopping, restaurants, cafes, grocery store, etc. Only six minutes walk to Brussels Central Metro and Rail Station.

Conditioner was noisy. Strange smell. Very thin and hard towels.

It’s a great place to stay and I’d come back but not in the summer months

So close to Grand Place and surrounding streets.

No Air conditioner or fans made it pretty hot in the apartment because the windows didn’t open much.

Location

When I arrived at the property I found out that the elevator wasn't working, which I was not informed beforehand. When I tried to contact the property manager, Gregory, his number was not reachable. I couldn't find the way to the apartment. Then I called the customer service of smart flats, but the customer service guy told me that there is no booking by my name or by the booking confirmation number. The customer service guy was so rude and ignorant, and he did not even bothered to try to solve the situation. Luckily a policeman came to resolve the issue and finally we were able to find our way to the apartment, which was on third floor. One can imagine going up the stairs to the third floor with all the luggage. I was told by Gregory, that the elevator would be fixed next day, but it didn't happen. Later, I found out that the elevator of the adjacent property, which is also managed by the same company, was also not working. The customer service of the company is pathetic. I would definitely not recommend anyone to book this place.

Best location in town

Location could not be any better. Very close to everything . Messages with explicit instructions on how to get in

Lack of lift. Reviewed for at least five months citing lack of lift, messaged days before arrival that lift may be fixed. Hauling cases up four flight is no fun ,we are travelling lightly,still very difficult. Didn’t mind using the stairs without luggage personally but would be difficult for some. A lot of things not wel maintained , ie; sparks when using hairdryer😳, bed one side okay but terrible mattress on other side, terrible. Many lights not working. Outdoor furniture pretty badly worn

THE MOST AMAZING LOCATION YOU COULD WISH FOR!

The best location you could wish for in a city. Right in the center, seconds walk away from everything, from the historic center, from the best restaurants, from the vibrant nightlife ... very very well located in Brussels. The flat is also very good, small and compact but very comfy ... and ... considering its location, still very quiet. A SUPERB APARTMENT.

Nothing major but the hand gel dispenser was empty in the bathroom, and the kitchen roll was also empty too, which is a little annoying. But other than that everything was superb.

Very good

Fantastic location, just a few steps up from the police station so felt safe. Right on the doorstep of Grand Place with all the historic buildings, cafes, bars and general vibe. Halfway through our Europe trip with hostels and small hotel rooms this was perfect to relax, come and go while feeling part of the action even when in the room. The washing machine was fab (detergent included)...not too difficult to figure out even without being able to read the setting options. Access to the building was easy to find and follow instructions from Nancy, however it wasn't quite clear how to get the keys (the keypad on the lockbox was broken and you needed to reach in through the slot to retrieve them). A quick few texts and we were sorted very quickly. We were allowed to leave our bags in the room before it had been cleaned and prepped for us. Was a 20 minute walk from Bruxelles Midi station (arrived on Thalys from Paris). I stayed here with my two teens and we loved the spaciousness incl bathroom. The foldout sofa was made up ready for us. Would totally stay again...the not so good feedback was not a game charger, just a few improvement suggestions.

Room as described, but there were a few things that need fixing as per other feedback. The pillows are odd/flat and either need replacing or provide a 2nd pillow each (we needed to use the small couch cushions underneath to prop up a little more), the mattresses could do with a topper so you don't feel the stiff stitched mattress right under the sheet (otherwise good firmness). The faucet in the bathroom sprays water straight at you/floor and not much gets in the basin. The main door key into the room lock is very stiff and we couldn't initially get it in the lock unless shoved in (which we didn't want to do initially as it felt like it might snap), but that was just the way it was. Didn't use kitchen facilities so can't comment on those, but bigger tea mugs would be great (as well as the little coffee cups provided).
