Heerlijk

Ik ben heerlijk bijgekomen in Kokoon hotel. De ruime kamer met badkamer waren super en het zwembad een heerlijke bijkomstigheid. Ook het eten was goed en het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk!

The warehouse blues.....

The check in was efficient and friendly.

There were not enough tables for breakfast. A 7 floor hotel with 26 hotel rooms per floor should probably have more than 15 breakfast tables. We were asked to wait when we came in for breakfast or sit in the smoking room. We dodged the smoking room and waited in the reception where we were offered a coffee whilst waiting. After coffee, we decided to skip our prepaid breakfast as there were still no tables available. We were then charged for the coffee as they said it was a specialist coffee. This left a bad impression with us. This part of town is the warehouse district....if you're into that sort of thing.

Het Kokoonhotel heeft mooie ruime kamers met zitje. De lobby en restaurant zijn gelokaliseerd in prachtig oud pakhuis met veel oude details

Lovely welcome on arrival. Efficient friendly staff throughout the hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Sufficient choice for inclusive breakfast. Enjoyed swimming pool

As a solo female I didn’t feel comfortable walking streets in the area.. but taxis readily available and good value

Big room. Nice furnishings. Alcohol is very openly sold and advertised.

The location is really bad. I don't understand why there are so many good reviews. Breakfast was poor also.

Nice hotel for a weekend get-away.

Nice hotel, friendly people, and swimming big pool was great!!!

I think it is strange that a lot of hotels in Indonesia don't have a fridge in the room. It is for me especially a hassle since I have diabetes and need my medication to be stored at a cool place. Especially my insuline. I mean you should ecxpect a fridge in your room with a 3 star hotel.

Superb

I like the heritage building & its interior design, especially in the ground floor, from the main entrance to the restaurant. So many old things such as old telephone, old wall clock, etc. The reception staff are also friendly, good breakfast, nice pool to swim in the morning

The area is too quite, far from the main street and the culinary street, I suggest not to walk alone in the street at night

well, we stayed in the room and in the mall most of the time because there’s just nothing to do or see in Surabaya

Character hotel with atmosphere close to old town Surabaya

Central location in old town Surabaya, good breakfast, nice old town atmosphere.

I liked the ambience of the vintage, since the building is used the old building from year 1800's.

The staff was great and warm. The room was clean. The food has a good taste, but is should be improve much better.

I found the bath soap was empty, fortunalety i always bring my own bath soap.

Bathroom smelt a bit funny. Shower temperature fluctuated.
