Le manque de la présence des personnels dans l'établissement, ça fait comme un hôtel fantôme, vous êtes livré à vous-même...

Boa localização. Limpo e confortável.

Bem localizado e de fácil acesso. Estacionamento privado disponível. Quarto e casa de banho muito limpos e agradáveis.

Ruído exterior bastante audível nos quartos, no entanto, a zona é sossegada e a noite foi descansada mas ouve-se bastante outros hóspedes a circularem e portas a abrir/fechar. Quartos sem ar condicionado.

Does not deliver

It was close to Fátima Sanctuary

I waited an hour for someone to let me in, building was closed. We agreed to meet at 4, I eventually got let in after 5- no apology at all for keeping me waiting!!!! Also was told breakfast would be served between certain hours in morning and when I came down wax told they are not serving breakfast this morning. This is unprofessional and very poor customer service

CORRECT mais peut mieux faire !

Personnel accueillant même si absent de l'hôtel. Heureusement le staff est dans l'autre hôtel du groupe qui n'est pas trop loin

Chambre propre mais sommaire les photos ne correspondaient pas vraiment à la réalité j'ai eu une chambre (101) qui donnait sur la rue MAIS dont les baies vitrées ne fermaient pas et de surcroit le volet était cassé donc dès 06.00 du matin j'ai eu les rayons du soleil qui ont éclairé la chambre (heureusement j'étais réveillée dès 05.30) ! Heureusement l'endroit est safe

Hermoso hotel y Ubicacion inmejorable

Me encanto! Si bien el hotel PIO no esta disponible ahora nos reubicaron en otro de la misma cadena que esta hermoso. Queda muy cerca de Fatima y tiene un supermercado al frente

La ubicacion

Tuvimos que esperar una hora para que apareciera el encargado para entregar las llaves, la ducha y la.mampara del baño estaban rotas y hacia mucho frio en la habitacion, pedi que me cambiaran pero no quisieron, tuve que esperar otra media hora que llegar una persona a arreglar el baño, dejo sucio todo y se fue.

Me llamaron y me cambiaron de hotel yo acepté por que informaron que no pagaría nada, pero Fanta do una hora antes de yo llegar me llaman de nuevo para informar que sería cobrado una tasa de 20 euros por que llegaría más tarde , ya me he hospedado cuatro veces en el hotel y nunca me habían referido esto, Entonces cuando llego hablo con el chico que estaba en la recepción y me cobra los 20 euros algo que me pareció cosas de mala fe y de aprovechadores por que nunca me había pasado y además si me hubieran dicho eso en el momento que me hicieron el cambio nunca lo hubiera aceptado pero se aporvecharon que ya era tarde y no podía ir a otro hotel .

The beds were very comfortable, the receptionist was lovely and it was in a great location. Very close to the Basilica.

Well cleaned and perfect location!

We can hear the other guests in the other rooms, it should be forbidden to yell in the hall. Or at least reminding the guests because it was very loud during the whole night. The main light in the room didn’t work.

Great place to stay to experience and explore Fatima

The staff were exceptional - Jessica and Raphaela looked after the rooms beautifully , very clean and attended to. Claudia is Amazing ! She was so helpful to us on arrival and with other things. Great staff ♥️

Very good

Very well located, very near the sanctuary and the commerce nearby. Easy check in, friendly staff, comfy rooms and our room had an excellent view of the Basilica.

The parking lot is small, so if you are driving you have to get there early. We got there early and had no trouble parking.

Fabulous place at very reasonable price

Fantastic place,was spotlessly clean!had had beautiful room at top with small balcony+magnificent view of Fatima..will be back...my only tip would be to have member off staff always on repsepton during they day, Many thanks Angel Doherty

Access to kitchen ie coffee maker also would be good to have repsepionest on at daytime

Superb

Very clean and great location. Super great for the value.

I just waited too long to get the check in the receptionist was at another location. But he is a nice and welcoming guy. The cleaning staff are exceptionally clean and nice humans.
