I was expecting the room better, internet terrible, the sofa for my 8 years old terrible to sleep

Exceptional

The owner was so considerate... We have a lot of last minute changes. Sir Rey Subaran is highly recommended.... Restaurant personel... Named nicole and Pia served us excellent.... All the shuttle car driver as well was so accommodating....all in all they give us a great vacation experience here in pico de loro😍

Hi, I booked this place as per reservation in booking.com, but the owner showed it as cancelled. The owner said they will update but til now they did not fix it. They offered me a different room but the price I paid is the same and should not affect our booking as we stayed there and paid the price. please help us update my record in booking.com

Out of the city break!

The place was cozy and big. Very clean and walkable to the beach and to the country club.

Food at the restos were okay.

We booked a 3br Loft & a 1 bedroom accommodation for 11 of us for 5 day stay. Rey has been very helpful from the very beginning even giving us members privileges & water activity discounts. Everything a family would need for entertainment is within the property & is wheelchair friendly and pet friendly too! overall, it is an absolute pleasure & has been the highlight of our holiday in the Philippines.

Price of food is expensive. But through Rey we found a local eatery nearby. fortunately too we are allowed to cook in our condotel so we made breakfasts and dinner most days. otherwise, Pico de Loro is a gem!

Nice place --- host is not the host he's just getting commission from the other owners

It's a nice place, But the owner was not our host we were endorsed to 2 diff owners.

P1200 fee was not stated on the booking.com page it was sent after I made the booking and the cancellation option is no longer available.

The owners were super friendly. They allowed us to go to the "members' only" part of the beach.

There were no towels available and the kitchen was a bit dirty. As for Pico de Loro in general, everything costs three to four times more so be prepared to shell out more money. You also need to pay over a thousand pesos to access the club's facilities and beach.

Recommended

To make it short, don't hesitate to book this property. Everyone from the unit owner, caretaker, staff, attendants are all very accommodating and will greet you with a smile. The unit was spacious and very clean too. Recommended.

The exhaust in the kitchen was not working but it's not a big of a deal

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very nice and kind and the unit where we stayed was clean. Staff in Pico are friendly! Will surely recommend it to everyone.

Good, clean, private beach, w/ condo or hotel accommodations, 2 hrs from Manila.

We liked RAY, the HOST most! He respond to every request and concern quickly. He made recommendations when we went to Nasugbu town. Option to store and cook our own food in the condo. Large TV. The condo unit had the basic home necessities. Toilet paper, shampoo, dish soap and even some pantry items for the 5-day stay was supplied and sufficient. The floor was quiet. Internet access. Foot paths. Quiet and green environment. Private beach. Many options for fun activities in the resort and beyond for free and for a fair price.

The aircon didn't work for 3 out of 4 nights. No microwave. No washer /dryer. The food options for a weekday stay was limited. Only one restaurant was open to the public. The Beach Club restaurant was limited to members and accompanied guests only. Food was overpriced. Convenient store was closed during weekdays. Decent restaurants and shops was a 40 minute drive to town. Limited English cable channels. Slow internet connection. Footpath lighting too dark at night. Noisy construction of new condo building near beach.
