Kiwis best choice in Siem Reap

The hotel was perfect for us with very nice facilities, the pool in the garden is particularly nice in the heat of the day. The staff were exceptional, VERY friendly and helped us in every way, nothing was a problem to them and we learnt a lot from them with good advice about exploring the area. The hotels 18:30 daily transport into the city for dining/exploring the city nightlife was very much appreciated. If you are tired as we were some nights after a big day, a meal in the hotel is very nice with a great menu on offer with great service. Breakfast is also very good to start the day. The hotel is in an uncongested area, with a beautifull garden, and would be our choice again visiting Siem Reap. We would highly recommend the Anjali to anyone wanting a relaxed and interesting stay. A lush place from where to experience Angkor Wat

Everything. The hotel is surrounded by lush vegetation and it has an eerie vibe. It was relatively empty as it was low season and it was the perfect place to reach Angkor Wat. It was also great to come back and just chill by the pool. The food at the restaurant was great; and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. It is not in the most active part of Siem Reap but that for me was not a problem.

Hidden oasis

Delightful - but that is not all! Anjali by Syphon was by far our best hotel experience. Not only was it filled with great hospitality and kind staff but we were also amazed with the level of comfort and facilities it offered. Anjali was a delightful oasis amidst Siem Reap. Our spa experience was one of a kind, the swimming pool was unique in that it was set amongst nature and the breakfast was excellent with both buffet and a la carte options being included in the price. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming, especially Thida who looked after us during our stay. An experience not to be missed. Would 100% recommend.

All 3 of us loved the hotel and would return. It's very good value for money.

The breakfast was good especially considering it was complimentary. The chef was on hand to help use the toaster! All the usually expected Western and Asian offerings. The top floor suites were great. Very spacious! (although all rooms that we saw appeared to very nice,) and were very reasonably priced. The staff were excellent both at reception and in the restaurant. Transportation was very well organized by the staff.

Location is not perfect but not bad either and better than downtown.

A cozy stay slightly overpriced

the room was pretty well decorated with a wide balcony opening into the pool.

the room size was a bit small. the pool was slightly dirty. the restaurant had very limited vegetarian/vegan options.

Luxurious paradise

A true Paradise close to Angkor Wat. Excellent restaurant with a chef using high quality products on traditional dishes. Great services and installations available. Amazing staff very professional and kind. Appreciated the excellent support from Mr Samoun, our Tuk Tuk driver and excellent company during the visit to Angkor Wat, to Ms Pov, Ton and Thida on the front desk service with a nice check out time, to Sophea in the restaurant and for the relaxing foot massage by Naikin

superb customer care (very kind, helpful and attentive staff), relaxing atmosphere, very clean, nice pool (salt water pool which I love), and the entire hotel eco friendly (no single use plastic). Breakfast was good too (freshly pressed juices). can definitely recommend and will 100% come back.

Good stay for the value and great staff.

The staff was great, accomondating, and willing to work to improve any dissatisfaction.

There were bugs in the shower and I did find mice poop. There was also a can of raid in the closet.

Superb

Anjali is a superb hotel close to Angkor Wat. Clean, luxurious and great staff. They also have a very good restaurant. No reason to be ripped off at the tourist trap eateries downtown in Siem Reap. still a bit Covid-aftermath with few other guests and a closed bar when we were there. We travelts Cambodia for three weeks and stayed only at 4-star hotels. Anjali was the best of them all.

Staff are professional, welcoming & attentive

Despite being partially open the hotel stay was decent; slightly annoyed that the hotel charges $40 for a small bag of laundry which anywhere else costs $5. The room was quite expensive as well although Siem Reap is a 3-4 day kind of stay.

Nice ambience and a very pleasant stay

Awesome and Courteous Staff. Very helpful. Was with a 3 Yr old and the staff helped in every way possible. A very nice swimming pool, well maintained.

Food menu is short. But the staff helped with the ordering from Indian Restaurants. Could have provided milk powders for coffee and tea in room. Providing a tooth brush and comb would have been nice since those are the common things we forget in a trip.

An excellent base to discover the wonders of the Siem Reap region

Super friendly and efficient staff (a problem with hot water was solved in a couple of hours) Excellent a-la-carte breakfast (large choice of Asian or Western dishes) Small pool, but enough to relax after a long day of visits in the region (towels provided) Hotel quite far from the city center and all the restaurants, but super easy to book a tuktuk (10 mn ride, ~2 USD on Grab)

Airport pick-up/drop off not included in the price Bar, terrace and spa were closed at time of visit (too few guests unfortunately) Nothing to see/do around the hotel
