The place and the views from the terrace are magnificent. The room was small but cozy.
The breakfast was beyond great.
The bathroom was shared among many people and the shower was not independent, so everything ended wet after each shower.

Cool, cozy terrace to rest in the evening and contemplate the beautiful forest & mountain views. ```
Very friendly owner

Mestialux was our favourite guesthouse when travelling in Georgia. Our room was spacious and comfortable and didn’t get too warm during the night. The outside sitting areas are beautiful with a lot of cute details as flowers and a small wooden bridge connecting the two houses. You can enjoy the view to the neighbouring side of the valley. The guesthouse is very close to the centre, maybe a five minutes walk, and just below the hiking path to the cross / lakes.
Our host was helpful and friendly!

This property was incredible. It honestly felt like I stepped into a medieval castle. It’s two buildings with a bridge separating them and a large outdoor sitting area with incredible mountain views. The old watchtowers dotted around the city are very close and help immerse you in the history and culture of this charming mountain village. The rooms were decently clean too, but I’d suggest spending your time outside anyway. 10/10
There were a decent amount of bugs around and I’m not sure there were any measures being taken to prevent them.

Very friendly staff and a lovely terrace where you could sit and chat in the evenings. Free tea and coffee and a very picturesque view!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The guesthouse was located in a peaceful neighborhood, yet still close to major attractions + great terrace. Overall, it was a memorable and highly recommended stay.

Big spacious & distrubuted rooms inside the complex, enough privacy between in. Enormous breakfast for additional 20 gel. Impressive city landscape view from terrace & corridors. Host extremely helpful & kind. Location 700 m from bus station inside the old city surrounded by towers.
Not enough shared bathrooms when the quantity of guests increase.

Nice terrace with a great view. There is a possibility to use a washing machine for a small fee.
The location is 10 minutes uphill so just be aware of that. In the room there is older equipment.

The host’s family was very friendly. They helped us to make phone calls since we didn’t get a local SIM card. They also hired a taxi for us to go to Ushguli, because we had grandparents and children and lots of luggage and needed a big car.
The location was perfect: away from the busy street but short walking distance to the start point of the best hike in the region the Koruldi lakes.

The view from the shared balcony is just amazing.
Be prepared to walk up quite steeply if you go by foot. The room was somewhat small and unfortunately no soundproofing at all existent. We could hear our neighbors walk. Maybe not the best for light sleepers.

I deeply believe this is one of the best places in Mestia. We spent there 4nights. We had a double room with a private bathroom. The room was spacious with a narrow balcony outside. The lady who owns this place is super nice and helpful. Also arranged us transport to Ushguli from the guesthouse.
The best thing about the place is how it looks and where it’s situated. It’s a little bit uphill but it’s among Svanetian towers. The guesthouse has a great big terrace joined with another one with a kind of bridge over the street. The view is wonderful. Nearby is a svanetian tower which can be climbed up to the roof. You can watch sunset from there.
It’s a 10 min walk to the main square .
We highly recommend!!!

Owners are very friendly and helpful, babushka is also cool.
Breakfast was simply delicious and rich.
Place is calm, with beautiful view above Mestia, cos it is situated little bit higher.
Nice wooden terrace, perfect for chilling after hikes.
There are a lot of small shops and markets close to, pharmacy and some restaurants. Farther in the city there are bakeries, more restaurants and so on.
Owners also offer ride to Ushguli or anywhere else. Right next to the place there is a Svan museum.
Owners speek Russian and basic English.
It was awesome staying there and we would definitely recommend and come back.
There are only some tiny cons.
Shower needs to get repaired
There was no option getting a dinner
There could be a fridge (at least shared), nevertheless we could have our stuff in owner's fridge

Beautiful views and quiet
Comfy beds although a little short, and the big square pillow is a little unusual for us...
Also the shower took a little adjustment... but we made it work :)
What would be great is to have an electric kettle in the room and not go down the kitchen all the time.
