Séjour plage déçu par un hébergement qui ne correspond pas au photo de booking

Too bad to stay!

The only thing going for that place was the king size bed, very comfortable. Location is good as another dozen places along Tangalle. The pillows were really dirty, I had to make pillow from my own clothes as I could not imagine my head in those pillows.

Super small room and unfurnished. Nowhere to put our belongs, we had everything on the floor. Smells from the kitchen direct to the room as we were above it. Issue when we had to pay by card and they did not hv a card machine; even when it's advertised on they polices. We also had a problem with the shower, it was scalding and would not go cold. They fix it after 2 hrs of trying without any apologies. Too much headache for a holiday. We left the place after 1 night.

Checkin possible 24/24 (pratique lorsqu’on voyage en bus, nous sommes arrivés vers 3h du matin) Idéalement placé, le beach bar de l’hôtel est super sympa.

De ligging was super, airco deed het goed, harde waterstraal en warme douche, veel restaurants in de buurt

Calm beachfront resort.

The hotel is right next to the beach and they have a cozy beach restaurant right on the beach. The beach is perfect for a swim because of the wave break located on the exact spot. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The food was made fresh and very delicious. Ideal location to have a relaxing calm stay at the beach. Highly recommended.

The location is very good. But room facilities are poor.

The location is very good. Very near to the beach. (Even said balconies have sea view.. it is not pretty true, because trees cover the view.) But since the restaurant adjacent to the beach it is a best place to enjoy the sea.

Room facilities are poor. I dont know about all rooms. One of my room's bathroom door couldnt lock from inner side. Other room door lock not worked properly. The balcony door couldnt open or close properly. The rooms spaces only sufficient for the beds. Room provided only the bed no any other facility. Both room's AC mechines not worked properly. Even mosquitoes available... the nets contained many gigantic holes..😂 I think since I went nearly 8:00pm I got the remaining rooms. Hope other rooms are good.🤗

The sea foods on the beach owned by the restaurant are mind-blowing. awesome location for the safe swimming.

Cleanliness in the rooms is a bit lacking. It's good if you can change the toilet system. A/c system should be updated.

Host and the entire crew are amazing. We had a warm welcome with complementary coconuts. They will provide you with everything you need and assist with all they can. The hotel itself is situated directly at the beach, they have a great restaurant with fresh seafood, free sunbeds and umbrellas.

Good place, not good hotel

The staff and the beach

We were supposed to have a room with a terrasse and 20mn before we arrived, they sent us a message which explained that we don't have any room. Then, the owner gave us the "Villa" room which is supposed to cost the double price of what we paid. We are still thinking it was bullshit because it was a room behind the main house, it was dirty (sheets, bathroom...) with a weird decoration and not enough windows. The food at the restaurant is not amazing and the breakfast is ok --. However, the staff is lovely and the beach amazing. It's alright to stay one or two nights if you are not really picky.
