Okay

It was a nice room, with two beds and two nice chairs. The bathroom was seperate from te room, but was okay! The location was great!! Near a busstop and with a supermarket and some restaurant at walking distance.

There was a waterboiler, but no cups, so no tea for us. We only got one toiletpaper roll and one set of towels for 9 days, which really wasn't enough and kind of dirty.

it was quiet! The staff was polite!

We waited for an hour, for the property to be cleaned to get in. For the whole period no one come to change at least the towels the mattresses were not comfortable at all, all the furniture was old the cutlery and dishes were dirty. For the money that we paid it could of been much better!

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I was looking up some old reviews, everything looked fine, but let me give you a review of the situation now. Total scam. The location was bad. Furniture was old and broken, bath wasn’t working, it wasn’t clean AT ALL. We found hairs in the bath and in the bed. The bed was COVERED in hairs. I doubt the sheets were even changed. The bed was horrible, the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever laid on. I am sure sleeping on the rocks outside would be more comfortable and pleasant. The bedroom is basically an architectural error. The roof is pretty low (it’s an attic roof) and whenever you wanna get up you hit your head. I am sure the room has never EVER been cleaned before. It was full of dust and it was hard to breathe even with open door. The bedroom is a little box with no windows and bad lighting. THE SHEETS WERE TERRIBLE. For some reason I got so itchy from the sheets. I guess I will have to get a tetanus jab now. 😐 The whole room smelled old and musty. The bathroom STINKS. I would rather live in a trash can that go trough being there again. The heating stopped in the middle of the night, it quickly got cold…. The manager didn’t seem too worried about the state of the room. Overall wasn’t pleased with the costumer service. I stayed in that room more than 10 sleepless hours, I was so angry I just left at 6 am to go to another better hotel. !THEY WILL NOT REFUND! I was supposed to stay there 4 nights (which is impossible and inhuman) and I didn’t even get my money back. If you wanna go there in 2023 you can find much better for cheaper, even sleeping on a bench outside is a better option.

Great location, customer service and value for money

-Stylish and beautifully arranged and spacious room -Plenty of storage-many shelves, a big wardrobe, few smaller cupboards.. -Loved the flexibility of three single beds in the room; -Customer service was excellent on all levels; -Good value for money; -Generous check-out time; -Great central, but quiet location.

-Some of the facilities (like bathroom, the kettle) and furniture (like balcony furniture) were a bit dated and visibly old, but still in working order, so not a problem -The room was overall clean, but dust was laying all over the furniture and even bed linen, again not a huge problem, but an easy one to address as just ruins the overall impression of an otherwise clean space.

Good option for a one-night stay before/after a flight

The communication with host over the phone was very efficient and the check in went flawlessly, as a result. The rest of the parameters were good, but not perfect. For example, the property is located on a quite street, but the noise from the neighbors was disturbing almost the entire night. The location is very good, if you have a car, but is somewhat problematic, when using a public transportation. The room and the bathroom are rather clean, but not perfect. In general, the hotel adequately represents it's prise.

In fact everything, but it is fairly good as it is.

we arrived at night and pay extra 15 levas for the keys

toilette paper -no water for drink- no the bed is small (like for 2 people, without baby) furniture is so old we arrived 20 of august and we find warm(very) blamnket

Shabby and run down

It was shabby, run down and not clean. Checking on is a time consuming process., involving finding an office in a building in a different location. No a/c.

Fantastic apartment in a very good location, very recommended !!!

Fantastic apartment, located close to many bars, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, the Wifi connection is very good, and the apartment has a very nice and clean kitchen and bathroom. You can cook for yourself. The owners are very communicative and super nice. I loved this place !!! I will come back for sure when I am back to Sofia.

the hosts are really nice, its easy to check in and out

the bathroom was across a hallway shared with other guests. the room smelled of cigarettes really bad.

Disappointed

Apartment was on the ground floor.

It was definaltely not clean, smelly, everything was sticky in the kitchen, very dark apartment. During tge day a lot of noise from the school in the area.

Location is perfect, the place is nice

That they do not have a reception in the hotel. However, the person assisting with registration and receiving the key was extremely helpful and polite and made the whole process very easy and convenient.

Superb

The staff was very helpful and kind, also the room was big enough for me and the person I shared it with.

The balcony was looking to some kind of children's school which I find a little bit bothering for two reasons : 1. It's noisy during the day dya and 2. Made me feel uncomfortable since I was able to watch the children and vice versa..
