Very professionally-run hotel and helpful reception. Small but very clean room with everything I needed. There wasn't much of a view from my room, but it didn't bother me. Very good breakfast, and the terrace has a very nice view of the sea.
This is a minor detail, but I didn't really like the decor. It is very masculine and feels somewhat cold: lots of dark greys and blues. I feel like everything else about the hotel is very well-done, but I prefer something more cozy.

Spacious room overlooking Corso Garibaldi. A unique element was the nightly live music performed below our window. Really good breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. Central location within walking distance of all the sites to see in Reggio, the better restaurants and cafes as well as the Lungomare (shore/beaches).
Some awkward service moments. Everything in Reggio can be seen in a 4 night stay. We were there for 7. As the days passed some inconsistencies in service at the hotel occurred including a room service snafu! We probably would have a shorter stay in future.

Location was great, close to everthing like the station, the ferry to Messina and great shopping in Corso Garibaldi.
The Manager was great, so helpful and worked at reception often.²
The rooms were smaller than I expected, a bit squeeze.

Very nice and modern hotel in a very central location in Reggio. The private parking arrangement they have with the garage just down the street is an important benefit - parking in this city would otherwise be a total nightmare (and yes you need to leave the car keys with the parking garage guys as they will need to move your car around). Airco works wonderfully well, shower gels smelled nice, place was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was ground level right next to the road but the soundproofing to the outside is good and I did not hear a thing. Breakfast was very nice buffet where you can order whatever coffees and/or egg dishes you want and it is on the rooftop (either covered part or in the sunshine if you wish) which is then also a bar in the evening. If I would be back in Reggio, I would probably stay here again.

I liked everything.

The Hotel was central
The air-conditioning is a disaster. We were feeling hot including my 2 month baby was sweating sinc ethe ac was not adjustable! we tried telling the reception to lower the temperature and it was useless as the central controls take over. we barely stayed at the hotel due to the heat.

Location was amazing, right up from the beach and we could pull up right at the front door to unload our luggage. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us. Looked to be near new, well appointed rooms. Very comfortable and functional.
Nothing - all was good!

really excellent, helpful staff. comfortable and very high quality rooms.
I chose this property because of the rooftop bar and breakfast with views of Sicily. on arrival we were told it was closed for renovation. we had breakfast in a characterless white box in the basement decorated with the designs of the bar and breakfast location we thought we were paying for. I don’t know what went through the minds of people who chose to do that.
