Great sized room very clean breakfast was great walking distance to village pub. Found a lovely small local restaurant called Joplins on the high street was amazing.Would definitely stay again
Nothing really but if being really picky would have preferred individual tables for breakfast instead of a long banquet table.

We were made to feel extremely welcome, breakfast was fantastic, my wife had a Gluten free breakfast. The hosts work so hard to make your stay enjoyable, we will definitely return. The house, accommodation and grounds are stunning
Saying goodbye.

Great hosts. Excellent location. Lovely room with good shower and all the facilities you could need. Very tasty breakfast.
Room was hot, but opened a window and turned the radiator down so was fine after that.

On the edge of the village, quiet and relaxing. It was immaculate and within easy walking distance of the High St. Unfortunately we were in the area for a funeral and was unsure of our timings regarding check- in. Melody, our hostess assured us that we could ring anytime if there was a problem. Breakfast was lovely, plentiful and filling. Bed comfortable and spacious rooms.
Just 1 little addition I would have appreciated for first time visitors. As the property was on the edge of the village, there were no streetlights. We arrived late evening and I missed the Farm sign initially. Some form of solar light or reflective strip around the sign would have been really helpful.

The stay was superb. We were made to feel very welcome from the start, the room was comfortable, well equipped (including Netfix and Prime on the TV) and a good size; we later learned that this was the smallest room! Breakfast was very tasty and catered for all of our needs. The location of the property is excellent for exploring the northern part of the N Yorks Moors with Roseberry Topping and Captain Cook's Monument 'walkable' from the house and a great walk starting from Chop Gate only a few minutes' drive away. We'll definitely be going back.

Superb location on the edge of the North York Moors. A large generously apportioned house - modernised throughout. Melody and Graham were very welcoming and helpful throughout. Our room was a good sized ensuite - spotlessly clean. Ample tea and coffee making facilities, supplemented by a few chocolate treats. A generous and tasty full English breakfast each morning.
Nothing to dislike.

WiFi was a little slow at time which affected the TV’s performance.

Friendly welcome, spotless room, comfortable bed, tea, coffee, bottled water provided, and KitKats were a lovely extra! Delicious full English breakfast plus fruit and yoghurt. Melody very kindly arranged use of the bathroom (I'd forgotten to mention I needed a bath rather than a shower). Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely return.
Can't think of anything!

All fantastic. Made to feel welcome - Graeme and Melody were most helpful and plentiful provision of coffee, tea, bottles of water and kit-kats was a nice touch.
Rooms were beyond our expectations too as there is a lounge as well as a good size bedroom and spacious bathroom. All of the rooms were immaculate.
Breakfast was fabulous too. Cereals available as well as bowls of fresh fruit and the full English was plentiful. Melody hosted breakfast and was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
A family run business that made you feel special I would have no hesitation in going to Mill Farm again.

As Lovely 3 night stay at this very comfortable B&B.
The hosts Melody and Graeme were very welcoming and friendly.
Tasty breakfast plus tea and coffee facilities in the room, which is very welcome, just ask if you need things replenishing.
The whole place is spotless and when you consider that Melody does the cleaning as well as everything else, it's quite impressive.
Melody doesn't usually come into your room during your stay, stay to make beds etc.,
Now I prefer this as I like my privacy and don't like folk coming in while I'm not there but if you would like that then just ask.
The room we had (No5) has a dual aspect and has lots of space. There are even two armchairs which is unusual and a bonus!
Lovely ensuite with a shower I could actually work and great water pressure.
Toiletries provided, plenty of towels.
Have I mentioned the bed...very comfy...medium firm..I slept so well, which I never do when away from home.
Melody also provided for my gluten and lactose free diet needs.
Plenty of free parking.
Note of interest...Graeme and his Dad built the house...very impressed!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this B&B.
